簡(jiǎn)介:山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文銀杏雌株無性系木材解剖特征研究姓名王芳申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)森林培育指導(dǎo)教師邢世巖王太明20080601山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文銀杏雌株無性系木材解剖特性研究中文摘要本研究以來自我國(guó)8個(gè)省和日本的48個(gè)銀杏雌株無性系為試材,對(duì)其對(duì)應(yīng)木和應(yīng)壓木的顯微結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了觀察,運(yùn)用電鏡技術(shù)對(duì)部分無性系的超微結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)果如下1同一生長(zhǎng)輪內(nèi),應(yīng)壓木年輪較對(duì)應(yīng)木寬,生長(zhǎng)輪明顯,早材帶至晚材帶為緩變。徑切面生長(zhǎng)輪所形成的花紋相互平行,弦切面的花紋呈倒“V“形。銀杏無性系應(yīng)壓木和對(duì)應(yīng)木均存在寬窄兩種管胞;早材管胞腔大壁薄,晚材管胞腔小壁厚。管胞兩端形式多樣,早材管胞兩端多呈鈍闊形,晚材管胞兩端呈漸削形。2銀杏無性系具緣紋孔直徑自髓心向樹皮為增加趨勢(shì),瘤狀物罕見。具緣紋孔與管胞長(zhǎng)軸垂直的直徑一般較與管胞長(zhǎng)軸平行的直徑大。早材管胞徑壁上具緣紋孔大而多,多呈單列,偶具兩列且對(duì)列晚材管胞徑壁紋孔小而少,單列,不連續(xù),分布稀疏。弦壁紋孔通常集中在晚材最后數(shù)列管胞壁上,且弦壁具緣紋孔及紋孔口直徑均明顯小于徑壁上具緣紋孔。早材弦壁上紋孔極少,單列,分散,排列不整齊,偶爾5~6枚紋孔出現(xiàn)在射線管胞周圍的管胞胞壁上;晚材管胞弦壁紋孔,單列,偶爾兩列,稀疏的分散于整個(gè)管胞上。C撐應(yīng)壓木管胞壁上有因應(yīng)壓木受壓引起的類似螺紋加厚的結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn),且在該管胞、71”和4024應(yīng)壓木弦切面管胞壁上都有特殊具緣紋孔出現(xiàn)。銀杏無性系對(duì)應(yīng)木具緣紋孔直徑均較應(yīng)壓木大,差異顯著;應(yīng)壓木間及對(duì)應(yīng)木間具緣紋孔直徑差異均達(dá)極顯著水平。應(yīng)壓木交叉場(chǎng)紋孔直徑較對(duì)應(yīng)木大,差異達(dá)極顯著水平。交叉場(chǎng)紋孔長(zhǎng)軸位置沿水平到垂直方向變化。紋孔口內(nèi)含,呈斜向長(zhǎng)橢圓形或橢圓形。紋孔口長(zhǎng)軸與紋孑L長(zhǎng)軸方向不一致,夾角變化較大;紋孔口長(zhǎng)軸與管胞長(zhǎng)軸方向夾角為40~500。僅具單列射線,應(yīng)壓木木射線長(zhǎng)度較對(duì)應(yīng)木大,寬度較對(duì)應(yīng)木寬,但均未達(dá)顯著水平。3微纖絲角、雙壁厚、弦向直徑均在無性系對(duì)應(yīng)木不同年輪間存在著極顯著差異;同一指標(biāo)在銀杏無性系對(duì)應(yīng)木間均存在著極顯著差異。微纖絲角、雙壁厚、壁腔比及弦向直徑在對(duì)應(yīng)木與不同年輪交互作用中差異達(dá)極顯著水平。同一指標(biāo)在銀杏無性系應(yīng)壓木不同年輪間存在著極顯著

簡(jiǎn)介:四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文陸地棉隱性核不育系花器發(fā)育的形態(tài)解剖特征及生理生化特性研究姓名唐雯申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)作物遺傳育種指導(dǎo)教師李首成張相瓊20080601四川農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文2008且外壁增厚明顯,雙核期營(yíng)養(yǎng)細(xì)胞和生殖細(xì)胞先后解體。3對(duì)三個(gè)不育系的不育株和可育株的生理生化變化研究發(fā)現(xiàn)三類不育株花藥中可溶性糖含量偏高,缺乏淀粉積累,表明可溶性糖的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)或淀粉的合成受阻,細(xì)胞處于饑餓狀態(tài)而導(dǎo)致退化解體;不育株的可溶性蛋白質(zhì)含量遠(yuǎn)低于可育株,表明其蛋白質(zhì)合成受阻,致使細(xì)胞原生質(zhì)體組成異常,不能進(jìn)行正常的生命代謝,最終導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞退化解體;不育株的POD同工酶在花藥發(fā)育過程中酶帶條數(shù)少于可育株,且POD活性明顯偏高,這表明了不育株與可育株之間體內(nèi)代謝強(qiáng)度的差異,也說明酶的變化與雄性不育現(xiàn)象有著直接的關(guān)系。三類不育株花藥的MDA含量和電導(dǎo)率變化從PMC減數(shù)分裂時(shí)期到成熟花粉時(shí)期都呈上升趨勢(shì),且上升趨勢(shì)相同,MDA含量和花藥提取液的電導(dǎo)率從PMC減數(shù)分裂期到雙核期變化較快,以后趨于平緩,由此可以推斷三類不育株花粉敗育的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期可能均為PMC減數(shù)分裂時(shí)期到雙核期。對(duì)三類不育株這一系列生理生化變化的比較發(fā)現(xiàn),各不育株的不育基因控制其體內(nèi)的生理生化變化從而導(dǎo)致敗育的側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同,,凇,,基因?qū)σ种萍?xì)胞內(nèi)可溶性糖的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)或淀粉的合成,POD同工酶的合成及其活性,MDA的合成均有明顯的作用,///82基因?qū)σ种萍?xì)胞內(nèi)可溶性蛋白質(zhì)的合成有明顯的作用。關(guān)鍵詞陸地棉;GMS;形態(tài)特征;細(xì)胞學(xué)觀察;生理生化特性

簡(jiǎn)介:SICHUANAGRICULTURALUNIVERSITYMASTERDEGRFTEDISSERTATIONANATOMICALCHARACTERISTICSOFVEGETATIVEORGANSOFFOURSPECIESOFMALUSPLANTSINWESTERNSICHUANPLATEAUANDTHEIRDROUGHTRESISTANCESTRATEGYEVALUATIONDIRECTEDBYCHENXIAOHONGDISCIPLINEORNAMENTALPLANTSANDHORTICULTURERESEARCHFIELDPHYSIOLOGYANDECOLOGYCULTIVATIONOFGARDENPLANTMAY2016摘要本文以川西高原地區(qū)野生的變?nèi)~海棠、花葉海棠、山荊子和湖北海棠為研究對(duì)象,采用NACIO法、石蠟制片法,應(yīng)用光學(xué)顯微技術(shù)對(duì)4種植物的根、莖、葉解剖結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行觀測(cè),共測(cè)定32項(xiàng)指標(biāo),并對(duì)這些抗旱指標(biāo)進(jìn)行主成分和隸屬函數(shù)分析,綜合評(píng)價(jià)了4種蘋果屬植物的抗旱能力,初步探明了4種植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)器官的解剖結(jié)構(gòu)差異及其適應(yīng)干旱逆境的不同響應(yīng)策略,結(jié)果表明14種蘋果屬植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)器官的解剖構(gòu)造基本相似根由周皮組織和維管組織構(gòu)成,無髓結(jié)構(gòu);莖由周皮組織、皮層薄壁組織、維管組織和髓組成;葉為異面葉,表皮細(xì)胞外有較厚的角質(zhì)層結(jié)構(gòu),氣孔只在下表皮分布,且主脈均只有一個(gè)較大的外韌維管束。24種蘋果屬植物營(yíng)養(yǎng)器官中均發(fā)現(xiàn)特化結(jié)構(gòu)根系中木射線細(xì)胞增寬至6~8列,此結(jié)構(gòu)有利于增強(qiáng)植物根系中水分的橫向運(yùn)輸;莖中的栓內(nèi)層厚壁細(xì)胞、環(huán)髓帶中的厚壁細(xì)胞、以及導(dǎo)管周圍的“假薄壁細(xì)胞”均是莖增強(qiáng)機(jī)械支持功能的特化表現(xiàn);葉柄中的縱棱脊結(jié)構(gòu)及其中的葉肉組織是葉柄為了進(jìn)行光合作用的特化;此外角質(zhì)膜在變?nèi)~海棠氣孔處形成的尖刺狀凸起則體現(xiàn)了葉片為控制水分散失形成的結(jié)構(gòu)特化。3通過主成分分析篩選出14項(xiàng)典型抗旱指標(biāo),分別為根中的木質(zhì)部厚度、木質(zhì)部比例、韌皮部厚度及栓內(nèi)層厚度;莖中的髓半徑、韌皮部比例及木質(zhì)部比例;葉中的葉片厚度、下表皮細(xì)胞厚度、柵欄組織厚度、海綿組織厚度、葉肉組織緊密度、主脈維管束厚度和葉柄中心維管束厚度。4種蘋果屬植物抗旱能力經(jīng)隸屬函數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)后的排序?yàn)樽內(nèi)~海棠山荊子花葉海棠湖北海棠。4植物響應(yīng)逆境時(shí)往往同時(shí)采取多種對(duì)策變?nèi)~海棠主要通過葉中較厚的角質(zhì)層、表皮細(xì)胞及根莖中發(fā)達(dá)的疏導(dǎo)組織響應(yīng)干旱逆境,采取了保護(hù)型、忍耐型和強(qiáng)壯型對(duì)策;花葉海棠主要通過氣孔的雙重作用以及莖中發(fā)達(dá)的髓結(jié)構(gòu)、根中強(qiáng)壯的韌皮部響應(yīng)干旱逆境,采取了節(jié)約型、強(qiáng)壯型和忍耐型對(duì)策;山荊子主要通過葉中發(fā)達(dá)的同化組織、莖中強(qiáng)大的韌皮部和根中孔徑較大的導(dǎo)管響應(yīng)干旱逆境,采取了強(qiáng)壯型和忍耐型對(duì)策;湖北海棠主要通過葉中發(fā)達(dá)的維管束和較小的氣孔、莖中寬廣的髓結(jié)構(gòu)和根系中發(fā)達(dá)的栓內(nèi)層和韌皮部結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)干旱逆境,采取了強(qiáng)壯型、節(jié)約型和忍耐型對(duì)策。關(guān)鍵詞蘋果屬植物、營(yíng)養(yǎng)器官、解剖結(jié)構(gòu)、抗旱策略評(píng)價(jià)
