簡(jiǎn)介:南京農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文防治白背飛虱的高毒農(nóng)藥替代藥劑室內(nèi)篩選及對(duì)噻嗪酮的抗性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估姓名薄仙萍申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)農(nóng)藥學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師沈晉良20080601防治白背飛虱的高毒農(nóng)藥替代藥劑的室內(nèi)篩選及對(duì)噻嗪酮的抗性風(fēng)評(píng)估4、白背飛虱對(duì)噻嗪酮的抗性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估用噻嗪酮對(duì)2006年8月采自江蘇南京的白背飛虱種群進(jìn)行了連續(xù)14代抗性篩選后,抗性上升了96倍,其抗性現(xiàn)實(shí)遺傳力H2為02754。當(dāng)H2O2754和死亡率為80%~90%時(shí),預(yù)計(jì)白背飛虱對(duì)噻嗪酮的抗性增長(zhǎng)10倍需要4~5代,表明白背飛虱對(duì)噻嗪酮在環(huán)境方差較小的室內(nèi)具有較高的抗性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。因此,制定科學(xué)用藥方案、強(qiáng)調(diào)與其它藥劑的交替輪換使用,是延長(zhǎng)高效藥劑噻嗪酮的使用壽命和延緩白背飛虱對(duì)其產(chǎn)生抗性的關(guān)鍵治理措施。關(guān)鍵詞白背飛虱;替代藥劑;噻嗪酮;風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估;復(fù)配Ⅱ

簡(jiǎn)介:CLASSIFIEDINDEXX51LUDC504SECRECYRATEPUBLICIZEDUNIVERSITYCODE10082HEBEIUNIVERSITYOFSCIENCEANDTECHNOLOGYDISSERTATIONFORTHEMASTERDEGREEESTABLISHMENTANDAPPLICATIONONASSESSMENTSYSTEMOFVOCS,SCONTROLTECHNOLOGYOFCANDIDATEPHARMACEUTICALINDUSTRYSUPERVISORENTERPRISEBASEDCESUPERVISORACADEMICDEGREEAPPPLIEDFORSPECIALITYEMPLOYERDATEOFORALEXAMINATIONYIXINLUPROFAILINGRENSENIORENGINEERSHUBINXINGMASTEROFENGINEERING‘一●●一‘ENVIRONMENTALENGINEERINGSCHOOLOFENVIRONMENTALSCIENCEANDENGINEERINGDEC,2016摘要摘要近年來(lái),隨著制藥行業(yè)快速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)生的揮發(fā)性有機(jī)物污染也越來(lái)越嚴(yán)重。目前針對(duì)典型制藥行業(yè)VOCS的污染控制技術(shù)評(píng)估尚不完善,國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)典型制藥行業(yè)中VOCS的種類、危害特征研究較少。本研究針對(duì)三種典型制藥產(chǎn)品,對(duì)其VOCS排放特征、危害評(píng)估進(jìn)行分析,并編寫制藥行業(yè)VOCS防治技術(shù)評(píng)估指南,旨在為制藥行業(yè)VOCS防治評(píng)估提供依據(jù)。首先以三種典型制藥產(chǎn)品青霉素、阿莫西林、對(duì)乙酰氨基酚為例,對(duì)其生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中VOCS進(jìn)行定性與定量的分析,并以臭氧產(chǎn)生潛力和健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)為指標(biāo),對(duì)VOCS所產(chǎn)生的環(huán)境與健康危害進(jìn)行初步的評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明,三種產(chǎn)品排放的總VOCS濃度為1025~31163MGM~,其產(chǎn)生環(huán)境危害的OFP值為546~876。03MGMA,主要貢獻(xiàn)物質(zhì)為正丁醇、乙酸丁酯、三乙胺等6種物質(zhì)。另外,健康危害中的非致癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指數(shù)介于307XLO‘647210弓A_1之間,總致癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指數(shù)為1310‘4,主要是苯、二氯甲烷這兩種致癌物。其次針對(duì)制藥行業(yè)VOCS控制技術(shù)的應(yīng)用范圍及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,編寫制藥行業(yè)VOCS防治技術(shù)評(píng)估指南,在歸納總結(jié)了技術(shù)評(píng)估方法基礎(chǔ)之上,采用綜合模糊分析法對(duì)制藥行業(yè)VOCS控制技術(shù)從環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)、社會(huì)效益四方面出發(fā)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,為典型制藥行業(yè)VOCS防治技術(shù)評(píng)估提供依據(jù)。最后以典型制藥行業(yè)為例,對(duì)其9家制藥企業(yè)開(kāi)展調(diào)研,并對(duì)相應(yīng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行評(píng)估,根據(jù)綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,青霉素制藥企業(yè)VOCS處理技術(shù)優(yōu)劣順序依次為“轉(zhuǎn)輪濃縮催化燃燒““活性炭吸附”“吸收”;阿莫西林制藥企業(yè)VOCS處理技術(shù)優(yōu)劣順序依次為“冷凝活性炭吸附”“活性炭吸附”“吸收”;對(duì)乙酰氨基酚制藥企業(yè)VOCS處理技術(shù)優(yōu)劣順序依次為“冷凝活性炭吸附”“等離子體”“吸收“。關(guān)鍵詞VOCS;制藥行業(yè);排放特征;控制技術(shù);評(píng)估
