    • 簡介:20102011工作總結(jié)工作總結(jié)自2010年3月參加工作至今已將近十個月了。在這段時間里,在單位領(lǐng)導及同事的幫助帶領(lǐng)下,按照崗位職責要求和行為規(guī)范,努力做好本職工作,認真完成了領(lǐng)導所交給的各項工作,在思想覺悟及工作能力方面有了很大的提高。在思想上積極向上,積極學習政治理論,堅持四項基本原則,遵紀守法,愛崗敬業(yè),具有強烈的責任感和事業(yè)心。積極主動學習專業(yè)知識,工作態(tài)度端正,認真負責,具有良好的思想政治素質(zhì)、思想品質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德。在工作上,熱愛本職工作,能夠正確認真的對待每一項工作,能夠把領(lǐng)導交代的任務(wù)按質(zhì)按量完成,能夠主動尋找自己的不足并及時學習補充。工作能力及專業(yè)知識方面,來單位的前三個月,主要是做輔助招標代理工作。項目從頭做到尾的每個細節(jié),都需要足夠的耐心,還需要把各方溝通協(xié)調(diào)好。在領(lǐng)導和同事們的熱心幫助,詳細講解下,也了解和參與了一些具體工作,工作雖瑣碎,但是收獲很大。主要有以下方面一、在工作期間項目備案時,要把項目前期材料準備齊全,而且最好是原件,同樣,這些東西自己要留一份復印件。去招標辦備案時要知道項目的負責人,為了項目的進展順利,溝通起來會很方便。報名時,要仔細看好報名單位的證件,填寫報名表時要準確無誤,不漏項。如果是需要資格預審的項目則是需要領(lǐng)取資格預審文件,開資格預審會,資格預審會一般采用有限數(shù)量制,然后領(lǐng)取招標文件,開招標會。若不需要資格預審,則直接領(lǐng)取招標文件,開招標會。招標會結(jié)束后,則要把整個招標過程中產(chǎn)生的文件匯總成冊,一式五份。原件留給招標辦,甲方和我們各留一份,剩下兩份留作備用。在工作期間,我不錯過,不浪費每一次鍛煉的機會,加速自身知識的不斷更新和自身素質(zhì)的提高。同時,利用閑余時間向領(lǐng)導及同事請教有關(guān)招標代理及有關(guān)招標代理的各種知識,使自己成為適合招標工作的人員。在工作這段期間,我接觸了很多涉及不同領(lǐng)域的項目,印象深刻的有幾個。首先是哈藥集團重要二廠的項目,由于一個字的疏忽,導致整個項目的備案過程重新再來一遍,浪費了不少財力物力,而且這件事也讓我懊惱了很久,但是領(lǐng)導并沒有責怪我,只讓我下次多仔細一些,真的謝謝領(lǐng)導的寬容,要不我還不能釋懷呢。從此之后,我知道了在輸入報名單位名稱的時候要按照他們的公章一字不差的輸入,輸入完成后還要認真檢查兩遍。其次是哈爾濱第四醫(yī)院改擴建工程,幫同事給四院的領(lǐng)導送一份材料,由于先前的和現(xiàn)在的在用詞方面有些變動,四院的領(lǐng)導便錙銖必較起來,我只能認真耐心仔細的解釋給他聽,而且還用到了一些招標方面的知識,還好順利過關(guān),只是從四院出來后我長噓一口氣,還好他問的我知道,不然就尷尬了,以后要再加強專業(yè)知識的積累。最后比較波折的是哈爾濱市第五醫(yī)院的項目,接觸了在招標范圍內(nèi)以外的人,學到了一點接觸人技巧。招標工作基本上和施工工作是同步的,在哈爾濱這個地方,夏天的項目特別多,所以加班時常有的事,印象中是哈投集中供熱的項目,清單來了,要求當天必須弄出來,這是我第一次弄清單,方法上還不夠熟練,我和同事就加班干,晚飯時間過了,還沒弄出什么來,而且清單都是表格形式的讓人看著眼花,饑餓、疲憊加厭煩,導致效率越來越低。只好休息一下調(diào)整一下情緒。不過還好在晚上十點多終于把清單調(diào)完了,拍手由于這邊的人手不足,我就兼職起跑銀行的工作,接觸銀行瑣碎,而且要求的特別嚴格,這樣更鍛煉我的耐心,對工作也是有很大幫助的。二、工作中尚存在的問題從事招標工作以來,深深感受到工作的繁忙、責任的重大;大事、小事壓在身上,往往重視了這頭,卻忽視了那頭,有點頭輕腳重,沒能全方位地進行系統(tǒng)地工作,工作時還不夠足夠的細心。爭取在今后的工作中自己將努力做到更好。在實習和工作的這段時間里,我對整個招標工作有了系統(tǒng)的認識,這對我今后招標工作中有很大的指導作用。三、今后的工作打算通過總結(jié)這段時間的工作,盡管有了一定的進步和成績,但在一些方面還存在不足,對有些領(lǐng)域的招標工作不是十分了解,個別工作做得還不夠完善。在今后的工作中,我將努力找出工作中的不足,以便在以后的工作中加以克服,同時還需要多看書,認真學習好規(guī)范規(guī)程及有關(guān)文件資料,掌握好專業(yè)知識,提高自己的工作能力,加強工作責任感,及時做好個人的各項工作。不斷的總結(jié)與反省,不斷地鞭策自己并充實能量,提高自身素質(zhì)與業(yè)務(wù)水平,以適應時代和企業(yè)的發(fā)展,與公司共同進步、共同成長。在這里工作很開心,一個好的工作環(huán)境主要取決于領(lǐng)導,領(lǐng)導給我們足夠的空間,而且領(lǐng)導像是大家長,想著每一個人,照顧著每一個人。這就讓我們工作起來特別帶勁。非常感謝領(lǐng)導這段時間的培養(yǎng)。
