1、<p>  YZ12振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)簡(jiǎn)介</p><p><b>  說(shuō)明書(摘選)</b></p><p>  第一節(jié)主要技術(shù)特點(diǎn)</p><p>  z 行駛、振動(dòng)和轉(zhuǎn)向三大系統(tǒng)均為液壓傳動(dòng),且三個(gè)系統(tǒng)的液壓泵連成一體,由發(fā)動(dòng) 機(jī)曲軸輸出端通過(guò)彈性聯(lián)軸器直接驅(qū)動(dòng)各泵,然后由各控制元件控制各系統(tǒng)的馬達(dá) 或油缸,使各系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。</p

2、><p>  z 具有四檔行走速度,在各檔內(nèi)均實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速,一檔為 0~6.5km/h ,二檔為0~8.6km/h,三檔為 0~10.2km/h,四檔為 0~12.5km/h,能保證壓路機(jī)在各種工況下以最佳的速度進(jìn)行壓實(shí)作業(yè)以及能以較快的速度行駛。</p><p>  z 為了提高振動(dòng)軸承的壽命和可靠性,本機(jī)采用了獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)思想:高精度的、強(qiáng)制 潤(rùn)滑的振動(dòng)輪。</p><p

3、>  z 振動(dòng)系統(tǒng)具有雙頻、雙幅功能,可以有效地壓實(shí)不同種類及厚度的鋪料層。</p><p>  z 本機(jī)采用四級(jí)減振結(jié)構(gòu),使得在振動(dòng)壓實(shí)時(shí),對(duì)乘員的不利影響減小到最低限度。 再加上裝有空調(diào)的舒適明亮的駕駛室,為駕駛員創(chuàng)造了理想的工作環(huán)境。</p><p>  z 具有不需要潤(rùn)滑的免維護(hù)中央鉸接裝置。</p><p>  z 本機(jī)采用的柴油機(jī)、液壓泵、馬達(dá)和后

5、手可及。</p><p>  z 集中、外置的液壓測(cè)壓點(diǎn),使液壓系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)、維護(hù)更加方便。</p><p>  z 完善的安全保護(hù)裝置,使操作者的安全得到充分的保證。</p><p><b>  第二節(jié)總體結(jié)構(gòu)</b></p><p>  YZ12 型振動(dòng)式壓路機(jī)利用振動(dòng)輪的高速振動(dòng)壓實(shí)基礎(chǔ)和路面,使其具有足夠的承載

6、能力,并降低其透水性。YZ12 振動(dòng)式壓路機(jī)采用全液壓控制,雙輪驅(qū)動(dòng),單鋼輪、自 行式結(jié)構(gòu)。</p><p>  本機(jī)包括振動(dòng)輪部分和驅(qū)動(dòng)車部分兩大單元,它們之間通過(guò)中心鉸接架鉸接在一起。本機(jī)采用鉸接轉(zhuǎn)向方式,以提高其通過(guò)性能和機(jī)動(dòng)性能。 振動(dòng)輪部分包括振動(dòng)輪總成、前車架總成(包括刮泥板)等部件。 振動(dòng)輪內(nèi)的偏心軸通過(guò)彈性聯(lián)軸器與振動(dòng)馬達(dá)軸相連,由液壓泵組中的振動(dòng)泵供應(yīng)高壓油給振動(dòng)馬達(dá)帶動(dòng)偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)而產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)大的激

7、振力。振動(dòng)頻率和振幅可通過(guò)液壓系統(tǒng) 的控制來(lái)進(jìn)行調(diào)整,以滿足不同工況的要求。</p><p>  此外,振動(dòng)輪還具有行走的功能。由液壓泵組中的行駛泵輸出的高壓油驅(qū)動(dòng)振動(dòng)輪左邊的液壓馬達(dá)旋轉(zhuǎn),從而驅(qū)動(dòng)振動(dòng)輪行駛。</p><p>  為減輕乃至消除振動(dòng)對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)車部分和駕駛員的不利影響,在前車架與振動(dòng)輪之間以及駕駛室與后車架之間都裝有起減振緩沖作用的減振塊。</p><p&g

8、t;  驅(qū)動(dòng)車部分是壓路機(jī)行駛和供給三大系統(tǒng)壓力油的動(dòng)力源。發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、行駛和振動(dòng)及轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)、操縱裝置、駕駛室、電氣系統(tǒng)、安全保護(hù)裝置等均裝在車上。</p><p><b>  第三節(jié)液壓系統(tǒng)</b></p><p><b>  一.液壓系統(tǒng)原理</b></p><p>  壓路機(jī)液壓系統(tǒng)主要包含三個(gè)子系統(tǒng),即行駛液壓系統(tǒng)、

9、振動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)和轉(zhuǎn)向液壓系 統(tǒng)。行駛、振動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)向三泵為三聯(lián)組合泵。行走泵中含有一個(gè)齒輪泵作為液壓系統(tǒng)的補(bǔ)油 泵,同時(shí),也可為制動(dòng)油缸提供壓力油。</p><p><b>  二.行駛液壓系統(tǒng)</b></p><p>  采用一泵雙馬達(dá)組成的并聯(lián)閉式回路。系統(tǒng)最高工作壓力為 40MPa。行駛泵為變量柱 塞泵,前行駛馬達(dá)為變量柱塞馬達(dá),它與行星減速器構(gòu)成最佳組合。后行駛馬達(dá)

10、也是變量 柱塞馬達(dá),與后橋總成輸入端的減速器相連。</p><p>  行駛泵通過(guò)控制斜盤的角度來(lái)改變高壓油的流量和方向,從而改變機(jī)器的行駛方向和 速度;變量柱塞馬達(dá)通過(guò)電磁閥控制使其具有兩種斜盤角度,從而使機(jī)器具有四檔速度, 以適應(yīng)不同工況的要求。</p><p><b>  三. 振動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)</b></p><p>  振動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)是由單

11、泵單馬達(dá)組成的閉式液壓回路,系統(tǒng)最高工作壓力為 38MPa。振 動(dòng)泵為變量斜盤柱塞泵,振動(dòng)馬達(dá)為定量斜軸柱塞馬達(dá)。</p><p>  通過(guò)操縱電磁閥,可以使振動(dòng)泵的斜盤具有方向相反的兩種可變斜盤角,從而使泵輸 出不同方向和流量的高壓油,振動(dòng)馬達(dá)隨之產(chǎn)生不同的轉(zhuǎn)向和轉(zhuǎn)速,使振動(dòng)輪以不同的頻 率和振幅振動(dòng)。</p><p><b>  四轉(zhuǎn)向液壓系統(tǒng)</b></

12、p><p>  轉(zhuǎn)向液壓系統(tǒng)采用開式回路,系統(tǒng)工作壓力 16MPa。由轉(zhuǎn)向泵、全液壓轉(zhuǎn)向器、兩個(gè) 轉(zhuǎn)向油缸以及油管等組成。</p><p><b>  轉(zhuǎn)向泵為齒輪泵。</b></p><p>  五液壓控制系統(tǒng)及附件 </p><p>  液壓系統(tǒng)還包括集成控制閥塊、集流塊以及油箱、過(guò)濾器、冷卻器等輔件。 液壓系統(tǒng)同時(shí)為

13、制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)提供松剎油。</p><p><b>  第四節(jié)行駛系統(tǒng) </b></p><p>  行駛系統(tǒng)由行駛液壓系統(tǒng)、后橋總成組成。</p><p>  一.行駛泵、行駛馬達(dá)</p><p>  行駛泵、行駛馬達(dá)的功用在液壓系統(tǒng)中已有介紹。行駛、振動(dòng)、轉(zhuǎn)向三聯(lián)泵通過(guò)彈性 聯(lián)軸器連接在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的飛輪盤上。行駛泵和行駛馬達(dá)

14、用高壓軟管連接。后橋驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)連接 在后橋總成的減速器上,輸入動(dòng)力后帶動(dòng)后橋主動(dòng)軸回轉(zhuǎn);振動(dòng)輪驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)與行星減速器 構(gòu)成一體,連接在振動(dòng)輪的梅花板總成上,動(dòng)力由馬達(dá)傳到梅花板總成,梅花板總成帶動(dòng) 振動(dòng)輪旋轉(zhuǎn)。為了減少乃至消除振動(dòng)對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)車及司機(jī)的不利影響,梅花板總成和振動(dòng)輪之 間 的連接處裝有優(yōu)質(zhì)進(jìn)口減振塊。</p><p><b>  二.后橋總成</b></p><p&

15、gt;  后橋總成由減速器、濕盤多片式制動(dòng)器、中央傳動(dòng)、驅(qū)動(dòng)橋殼、輪邊行星減速器、輪 轂等組成。</p><p><b>  三.輪胎總成</b></p><p>  輪胎采用低壓寬斷面工程機(jī)械輪胎。規(guī)格為 23.1-26,充氣壓力 1.1kgf/cm2。</p><p><b>  第五節(jié)振動(dòng)輪總成</b></p

16、><p>  振動(dòng)輪總成由振動(dòng)輪體、偏心軸、調(diào)幅裝置、減振塊、振動(dòng)輪驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)、振動(dòng)軸承、 振動(dòng)馬達(dá)、行走支撐、軸承座、梅花板、左右連接支架等組成。</p><p><b>  一. 振動(dòng)輪體</b></p><p>  振動(dòng)輪體外徑 1600mm,寬度 2170mm。振動(dòng)輪體采用鋼板卷制對(duì)接而成,其外圓光滑 平整、壁厚均勻,可以保證振動(dòng)壓實(shí)效果均勻

17、一致,壓實(shí)路面效果尤佳,并可用作靜碾壓 實(shí)。振動(dòng)輪體內(nèi)腔裝軸承座、偏心軸、調(diào)幅裝置,此密封腔內(nèi)裝有 Mobil—629 美孚齒輪 油。</p><p><b>  二. 偏心軸</b></p><p>  偏心軸是振動(dòng)發(fā)生器,機(jī)器的振動(dòng)是通過(guò)振動(dòng)馬達(dá)帶動(dòng)偏心軸高速旋轉(zhuǎn)而產(chǎn)生的。偏 心軸一端和振動(dòng)馬達(dá)相連,改變振動(dòng)馬達(dá)的旋向就可以改變振幅。</p><

18、;p><b>  三.調(diào)幅裝置</b></p><p>  調(diào)幅裝置安裝在偏心軸上,起調(diào)定振幅的作用。通過(guò)改變調(diào)幅裝置中調(diào)幅塊的位置, 達(dá)到調(diào)整振幅的目的。調(diào)幅裝置是一個(gè)密封的圓柱形焊接結(jié)構(gòu)件。</p><p><b>  四.減振塊 </b></p><p>  為了減輕振動(dòng)對(duì)車架的影響,振動(dòng)輪與前車架之間設(shè)有橡膠

19、減振塊。 </p><p>  五.振動(dòng)輪驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)及減速機(jī) </p><p>  振動(dòng)輪驅(qū)動(dòng)馬達(dá)、減速機(jī)和支架一起固定在前車架上,減速機(jī)的輸出盤連接在梅花板上,動(dòng)力由馬達(dá)輸出軸傳到減速機(jī),再傳到梅花板,梅花板再傳到振動(dòng)輪,驅(qū)動(dòng)振動(dòng)輪旋轉(zhuǎn)。</p><p>  六.振動(dòng)軸承、行走支撐</p><p>  偏心軸兩端通過(guò)振動(dòng)軸承支承在軸承座上,振

20、動(dòng)馬達(dá)通過(guò)行駛支撐組件支承在右軸承 座上。振動(dòng)軸承采用瑞典 SKF 軸承或德國(guó) FAG 軸承。行走支撐組件為免維護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)。</p><p><b>  第六節(jié)轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)</b></p><p>  轉(zhuǎn)向采用鉸接轉(zhuǎn)向,主要由轉(zhuǎn)向齒輪泵、全液壓轉(zhuǎn)向器、兩個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)向油缸、壓力油管等 組成。液壓轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)安裝在后車架上,通過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)向油缸的伸縮控制整車的轉(zhuǎn)向。</p><

21、;p><b>  第七節(jié)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)</b></p><p>  為了確保壓路機(jī)的工作和行駛安全,YZ18C 制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)設(shè)有行駛制動(dòng)、停車制動(dòng)和緊急 制動(dòng)三種。</p><p><b>  一.行駛制動(dòng)</b></p><p>  行駛制動(dòng)采用液壓制動(dòng)。液壓制動(dòng)由控制行駛操縱桿來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。行駛操縱桿控制的操縱 閥回到中位時(shí),

22、行駛泵供給行駛馬達(dá)的流量降至零,使壓路機(jī)停止行駛。</p><p>  二.停車制動(dòng)與緊急制動(dòng)</p><p>  當(dāng)壓路機(jī)在行駛或工作時(shí),前驅(qū)動(dòng)減速器與后橋上液動(dòng)控制的常閉多片式制動(dòng)器處于 開啟狀態(tài),不起制動(dòng)作用。而當(dāng)壓路機(jī)在停車時(shí),多片式制動(dòng)器通過(guò)彈簧力將摩擦片鎖緊, 處于制動(dòng)狀態(tài)。</p><p>  緊急制動(dòng)主要是液壓伺服制動(dòng),輔之以機(jī)械制動(dòng)。按下緊急制動(dòng)按

23、扭后,行駛油泵的 斜盤立即回歸零位而產(chǎn)生液壓制動(dòng);與此同時(shí),前驅(qū)減速器與后橋制動(dòng)器亦迅即產(chǎn)生制動(dòng)作用。</p><p>  注意:在非緊急狀態(tài)下不得使用緊急制動(dòng),特別是在快速行駛狀態(tài)。</p><p><b>  第八節(jié)車架</b></p><p>  車架包括前車架、后車架、中心鉸接架三大部分。它們連接成一個(gè)鉸接整體支撐機(jī)器 的上部結(jié)構(gòu)。&

24、lt;/p><p><b>  一.前車架</b></p><p>  前車架由刮泥板總成、前框板、后框板、兩塊側(cè)板等組成。它的主要功用是支撐振動(dòng) 輪總成。前車架為典型的方框結(jié)構(gòu),采用高強(qiáng)度鋼板組合而成,具有足夠的強(qiáng)度和剛度抵 抗壓路機(jī)工作時(shí)的強(qiáng)沖擊力和扭矩。刮泥板用以刮下粘在振動(dòng)輪上的泥土。刮泥板前端與 振動(dòng)輪外圓表面的間隙可以調(diào)節(jié)。</p><p&

25、gt;<b>  二.后車架</b></p><p>  后車架由燃油箱、防滾翻保護(hù)架、液壓油箱、液壓油箱支架、覆蓋件、框架等組成。 它的主要功用是支撐發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和駕駛室,固定后橋。后車架為一長(zhǎng)方框結(jié)構(gòu),前面是和中心鉸接架相連的立軸和前板,后面是燃油箱總成, 中間是槽鋼架。為了保證強(qiáng)度,薄弱部位采用加強(qiáng)肋加強(qiáng),而且槽鋼用封板封成箱形梁結(jié) 構(gòu)。底部后橋支板用螺栓和后橋總成剛性連接。為了減小振動(dòng)產(chǎn)生

26、的影響,發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和后車 架之間設(shè)有彈性減振塊,同時(shí)又可方便地將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)調(diào)整到水平位置。</p><p><b>  三.中心鉸接架</b></p><p>  中心鉸接架由鉸接架、軸端擋板、球形軸承等組成。通過(guò)它將前后車架鉸接成一個(gè)整體,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)轉(zhuǎn)向和前車架左右擺動(dòng)。通過(guò)控制轉(zhuǎn)向油缸的伸出長(zhǎng)度來(lái)控制轉(zhuǎn)向角。機(jī)器 前后車架之間允許橫向相對(duì)擺動(dòng),擺動(dòng)角不大于±15&

27、#176;,這樣壓路機(jī)可以在不平整的路面 上穩(wěn)定行駛并進(jìn)行壓實(shí)工作。為了方便保養(yǎng),球形軸承采用自潤(rùn)滑向心關(guān)節(jié)球軸承。</p><p>  第九節(jié)駕駛室及操縱系統(tǒng)</p><p>  駕駛室采用全密封減振式結(jié)構(gòu),安裝有冷暖空調(diào),操作舒適可靠,外形美觀大方威 武雄壯,內(nèi)飾高雅明亮,達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平。司機(jī)室內(nèi)各操縱桿、方向盤、司機(jī)座、監(jiān)測(cè) 儀表的布置完全符合人機(jī)工程學(xué)的原理。司機(jī)座椅高度可以升

28、降、前后可以移動(dòng)、靠背角 度也可調(diào)整。為減小乃至消除振動(dòng)的影響,司機(jī)室與后車架之間裝有優(yōu)質(zhì)的減振裝置,駕 駛室前后都裝有雨刮。</p><p><b>  第十節(jié)電氣系統(tǒng)</b></p><p>  電氣系統(tǒng)包括蓄電池、直流起動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)、三相交流發(fā)電機(jī)、照明燈具以及電氣儀表、 監(jiān)控儀表、安全保護(hù)元件、聲光報(bào)警裝置等。電器元件采用進(jìn)口國(guó)際知名品牌。系統(tǒng)電壓</p&

29、gt;<p>  24V,負(fù)極搭鐵,線路采用單線制。儀表、儀表板、燈具等的配置達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平。</p><p>  第十一節(jié)安全保護(hù)裝置</p><p>  YZ12 型振動(dòng)壓路機(jī)有完備的安全裝置</p><p>  z設(shè)有防滾翻保護(hù)裝置(ROPS)。</p><p>  z鉸接固定安全桿:壓路機(jī)裝卸發(fā)運(yùn)或長(zhǎng)期停置時(shí)固定

30、鉸接架用。</p><p>  z起動(dòng)閉鎖裝置:當(dāng)壓路機(jī)的行駛操縱桿處于行駛檔位或高低頻選擇開關(guān)不處于 0 位時(shí)不能起動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。</p><p>  z裝有緊急制動(dòng)裝置。</p><p>  z覆蓋件開啟自動(dòng)保護(hù)裝置:當(dāng)覆蓋件在手動(dòng)液壓泵作用下向上開啟時(shí),安全防護(hù) 裝置能防止覆蓋件意外下落,當(dāng)維護(hù)結(jié)束要降下覆蓋件前,將手動(dòng)液壓泵上方的 軟軸操縱器拉出,覆蓋件能

31、在油泵作用下由油缸將之拉下,覆蓋件閉合后將軟軸 操縱器推進(jìn)去。(注意事項(xiàng):降下覆蓋件前必須將軟軸操縱器拉出。)</p><p>  第十二節(jié)壓路機(jī)操作安全規(guī)程</p><p>  z盡量不要在靜止時(shí)實(shí)施振動(dòng),不允許在堅(jiān)硬的地面上進(jìn)行振動(dòng),以免損壞機(jī)器。</p><p>  z不允許壓路機(jī)在超過(guò)其允許爬坡度的坡道上行駛。</p><p>

32、  z在泥濘道路上,雖坡道的坡度小于允許的爬坡度,但沒有防滑措施時(shí),不得使用 本機(jī)。</p><p>  z在地面不夠堅(jiān)實(shí)或有坑穴時(shí),不得使用本機(jī)。在溝渠或斜坡的邊緣,亦不得使用 本機(jī)。</p><p>  z夜間行駛和施工應(yīng)開啟前后大燈照明。</p><p>  z在雨天工作時(shí),為保證能見度,請(qǐng)使用前后雨刮。</p><p>  z

33、為避免意外翻車,在斜坡邊工作時(shí),不要突然轉(zhuǎn)向。</p><p>  z在雨天,應(yīng)盡量避免在斜坡邊進(jìn)行振動(dòng)壓實(shí)作業(yè)。因振動(dòng)會(huì)增加向兩邊滑行的危 險(xiǎn)。</p><p>  z壓路機(jī)在開啟覆蓋件進(jìn)行維護(hù)時(shí),請(qǐng)注意頭部安全。</p><p>  第十三節(jié)運(yùn)輸和裝卸安全要求</p><p>  一般情況下,壓路機(jī)不得長(zhǎng)途高速行駛。遠(yuǎn)距離(30

34、公里以上)轉(zhuǎn)移工地時(shí),需 用拖運(yùn)機(jī)具裝運(yùn)。</p><p><b>  一.運(yùn)輸</b></p><p>  不論是采用公路還是鐵路運(yùn)輸,對(duì)壓路機(jī)的運(yùn)輸都必須選用具有合適容積和裝載 能力的車輛來(lái)進(jìn)行。</p><p>  運(yùn)輸時(shí),應(yīng)將前后車架用鉸接安全固定桿連接在一起,同時(shí)還要采取必要的措施 防止壓路機(jī)滑動(dòng)和滾動(dòng)。</p><
