21、動(dòng)器,則基本維持原二代產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu);若采用盤式制動(dòng)器,則要配置專用的后輪駐車制動(dòng)器。</p><p> 就盤式制動(dòng)器而言,存有帶駐車制動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的盤式制動(dòng)器,其駐車制動(dòng)力也作用在制動(dòng)盤兩側(cè)工作表面上,這種制動(dòng)器結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,可靠性相對(duì)稍差。都靈-V汽車為配用雙活塞滑動(dòng)前盤式制動(dòng)器須要,專門設(shè)置了后駐車制動(dòng)器。使其駐車制動(dòng)力作用在制動(dòng)盤的內(nèi)鼓工作表面上,這樣使制動(dòng)盤具有兩種分開(kāi)的摩擦表面,壽命可以提高,制動(dòng)鉗的結(jié)構(gòu)也相應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)

25、蹄片卜,拆下回位彈簧,旋短調(diào)節(jié)銷長(zhǎng)度,拆下摩擦蹄片中間的支承銷夾,即可取下摩擦蹄片。</p><p> ·取下支承銷,松脫駐車制動(dòng)后拉索與作用拉臂的連接,拆下作用拉臂二拆下車輪轉(zhuǎn)速傳感器固定支架,即可拆下傳感器。</p><p> ·拆卸下與半軸套管凸緣的八只固定螺栓,即可取下駐車制動(dòng)器底板支架。</p><p> ·可按對(duì)鼓式制

28、調(diào)節(jié)銷齒輪,使前、后摩擦蹄片撐開(kāi),致使用手無(wú)法轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)盤為止;</p><p> ·再次用專用工具撥松調(diào)節(jié)銷齒輪,使制動(dòng)盤能自由轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(制動(dòng)間隙約為0.2}0.5mrri ),重新在孔內(nèi)裝上橡膠堵塞,裝復(fù)后輪;</p><p> ·在駕駛室內(nèi)拉駐車制手柄至第三齒響位置,擰緊調(diào)節(jié)螺套,直至用手不能扳動(dòng)車輪旋轉(zhuǎn)為止;</p><p> ·上
