28、;p>  對每個大學生來說,及早規(guī)劃自己的職業(yè)生涯,對決定自己的職業(yè)生涯的主客觀因素進行分析,總結和測定,確定奮斗目標,才能在競爭激烈的就業(yè)環(huán)境中處于不敗之地。針對這一社會現象,我們展開了關于大學生就業(yè)問題的調查問卷。</p><p><b>  調查數據分析:</b></p><p>  高校畢業(yè)生是人才市場上非常重要的人力資源,近年,隨著高校大規(guī)模的擴招,在

29、校大學生人數急劇上升,畢業(yè)生人數也逐年增加,隨之而來的就是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題。而事實上,在畢業(yè)生和企業(yè)之間缺少有效的溝通渠道,企業(yè)的用人標準、企業(yè)人才的選擇條件沒有在有效的時間的傳遞給大學生,大學生的培養(yǎng)缺乏市場導向。這使大學生就業(yè)時缺乏足夠信息,從而產生就業(yè)盲目性。</p><p><b>  調查目的:</b></p><p>  主要了解在校大學生就業(yè)期望,自身素質

30、的評價,學校就業(yè)指導,對就業(yè)形勢的看法,旨在了解當前的就業(yè)形勢對大學生的影響;通過對影響大學生就業(yè)因素的調查,更好地調節(jié)用人單位與畢業(yè)生之間的供需關系;為當代大學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的發(fā)展作一個新的描述;幫助大學生盡快認識自我,學校為學生提供就業(yè)引導,使學生能謀取理想職業(yè)。為同學們在今后的求職就業(yè)過程中提供參考。</p><p><b>  調查結論及建議:</b></p><

31、p>  一.大學生對就業(yè)前景的關注的比較少</p><p>  在調查中了解到,大學生對就業(yè)信息的關注還是比較少的,只有24%的同學表示一直在關注就業(yè)信息,而71%的同學只是偶爾關注,在看到時留意下。而對就業(yè)情景的關注程度,直接影響了對為所選職業(yè)所做的準備程度和將來職業(yè)所帶來的成就高低。同學們大都表示對未來的工作有擔心,但在實際生活中卻缺少了這種基本的努力。典型的眼高手低表現。</p><

32、;p>  總結照成這方面的原因:1.因為學生現在仍在安逸,舒適的校園中生活,對激烈的社會生活沒有足夠的了解。在經濟上仍依賴父母,忘卻了就業(yè)壓力帶來的緊張感,每天仍是如中學生活,上課、下課,對就業(yè)缺乏了準確的了解和認識。2.學校提供的就業(yè)指導不到位。同學們表示,雖然學校開設了就業(yè)指導課,但只是泛泛的講些大道理,缺少了實際的操作能力。</p><p>  二.大學生個人能力存在缺陷,自我認識不足</p&g

33、t;<p>  自我認識包括個人的興趣與特長、個人的性格與價值觀、個人所選定的目標與需求、個人的情商、個人的工作經驗、個人的學歷與能力、個人的生理情況等個方面,是職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的重要內容之一。</p><p>  通過對部分用人單位的了解,發(fā)現社會所需要的大學生應具備的基本綜合素質應該包括思想健康和道德、自律、講誠信,善于協(xié)調、容易與他人合作的品格,以及具備過硬的專業(yè)技術知識和基本的法律法規(guī)知識。&l

34、t;/p><p>  調查顯示,有60%的大學生認為造成就業(yè)難的狀況,除了社會壓力大,企業(yè)用人少的因素外,主要問題還是在于自身的工作經驗的缺乏,缺少實戰(zhàn)經驗是致命的因素。目前大學生的個人綜合素質和能力缺失,突出表現為相對缺乏社會實際工作經驗,缺乏解決現實問題的能力,缺乏艱苦創(chuàng)業(yè)精神,在與人合作與溝通方面存在著障礙。在調查中發(fā)現,有57%的同學認為自我表達能力和人際交往關系是自己在求職過程中遇到的最大的難題。 <

35、/p><p>  職業(yè)生涯目標是指可預想到的、有一定實現可能的目標。而職業(yè)目標的選擇并無定式可言,關鍵是要依據自我實際,這就要求我們要對自己有所了解。通過個人分析認識自己,估計自己的能力,確認自己的性格,發(fā)現自己的興趣,明確自己的優(yōu)勢,衡量自己的差距,并以此來開發(fā)自己塑造自己,使自己的才能得到充分的發(fā)揮。然而調查表明,大部分大學生對自己的能力、興趣、職業(yè)傾向都缺乏深度了解,自然對職業(yè)生涯目標是模糊的。</p&g

36、t;<p>  三.大學生的就業(yè)觀念,職業(yè)期望狀況</p><p>  影響職業(yè)期望因素大致可分為三個方面,聲望地位穩(wěn)定性因素(地理位置與單位性質、社會經濟因素),內在價值因素(是否能發(fā)揮自己的才能、自己的理想),外在價值因素(家庭的經濟條件、薪水和福利、)。在調查中,被調查者薪酬和福利、地理位置、單位性質、自己的理想、家庭的經濟條件、父母的決定、社會經濟因素、是否能發(fā)揮自己的才能,按自身在選擇工作

37、時所起作用從大到小排序。其中在職業(yè)選擇中考慮的首要因素的選擇情況,薪酬和福利、地理位置、單位性質和父母的決定為同學們所所首先考慮下的,接下來是自己的理想、是否能發(fā)揮自己的才能、家庭的經濟條件、社會經濟因素,男女生沒有顯著的差異。</p><p>  據調查發(fā)現,以往的學生對自己就業(yè)后工作的要求,無論是單位性質反面還是薪資方面,要求都比較高,但現在的就業(yè)形勢似乎不允許初出茅廬的學生有挑工作的機會了,大學生們的要求也
