建筑工程辦公樓畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)

1、 摘 要 本文畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要講述了山東科技大學(xué)辦公樓的設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、施工組織設(shè)計(jì)三部分。畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是土木工程專業(yè)的必修課程，我的設(shè)計(jì)是山東科技大學(xué)辦公樓設(shè)計(jì)，設(shè)計(jì)采用鋼筋混凝土工程現(xiàn)澆框架結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑主體層數(shù)為四層，建筑總高度 13.65m，長(zhǎng)方向的長(zhǎng)度為 36m，短方向的長(zhǎng)度為 18m，總建筑面積 2592m2，底層占地面積為 648 m2。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求，設(shè)防烈度為 6 度，四級(jí)抗震，地震分組為第三組，設(shè)計(jì)中要考

2、慮抗震設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)任務(wù)書(shū)定出各層平面圖及平面布置。本方案主體結(jié)構(gòu)為橫向承重框架。在進(jìn)行荷載計(jì)算和構(gòu)件截面估算后，選取了一榀框架進(jìn)行計(jì)算，計(jì)算內(nèi)容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的選取及線剛度的計(jì)算；恒載、活載、地震作用、風(fēng)荷載作用下梁端、柱端彎矩、剪力軸力的計(jì)算；框架內(nèi)力組合；框架梁柱配筋計(jì)算?？蚣苁芰︿摻钪饕捎?HRB400 鋼筋，箍筋主要采用 HRB300 鋼筋，樓梯采用鋼筋混凝土梁式樓梯；由于柱網(wǎng)的限制，基礎(chǔ)采用鋼筋混凝土柱下獨(dú)立基礎(chǔ)。整個(gè)方

3、案設(shè)計(jì)基本符合設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)要求，具有一定的合理性。通過(guò)對(duì)辦公樓樓層平面圖、剖面圖、構(gòu)造圖的繪制和結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)，熟悉了設(shè)計(jì)的全過(guò)程，掌握了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的基本方法，創(chuàng)造性的完成了畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。同時(shí)，對(duì)這些年所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)和基本概念有了更深的理解，從而提高了分析和解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力。關(guān)鍵詞：建筑設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，施工組織設(shè)計(jì)，荷載效應(yīng) 建筑設(shè)計(jì)，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，施工組織設(shè)計(jì)，荷載效應(yīng)ABSTRACTThe design project for gradu
