2、party directly influences public approbation of the governing party and its political standing, and it is an essential basis for the governing party to make a longtime, stable and effective administration to the country.

3、 At present, research on this issue is too many to illustrate. And it gradually takes on an exquisite and profound pattern. One of the basic perspectives of the researches of the legitimacy of governing party is to treat

4、 an individual party member as an integral whole. This paper attempts to get rid of the traditional perspective of the researches of the legitimacy of governing party, and put the relevant researches under the perspectiv

5、e of the individual party member in order to conduct intensive researches of governing party member’s influences on the legitimacy of the governing party. After presenting a general introduction of the legitimacy issue o

6、f governing party, the author refines the concept of individual party member and throw light on a basic view that if we want to conduct research of the legitimacy of governing party, we must study the vivid and realistic

7、 individual in the system of governing party, which includes the leaders of the party, officials, and ordinary party members. In order to illustrate this issue, this paper first sorts out three key elements of the influe

8、nce of the governing party member on the legitimacy of the governing party. The first is the three main condition of it: individual's ability, self-cultivation and prestige, which all have central influence on the in

9、dividual party members of governing party; Second, the whole ways for the individual to influence the legitimacy of governing party, including achievement standard ways, symbolizing ways and derivative ways; Third, the o

10、bjective dimensions which involved the legitimacy of ideology，performance and institutions. By sorting it out these elements, the paper has answered the questions about what on earth is influencing it, how it dose and wh

11、at is influenced respectively. On this basis, this paper integrate all these independent elements into a coherent whole, and demonstrate how the ability, self-cultivation and prestige of individuals in the governing part

12、y penetrate into the influence on the legitimacy system of the ideology，performance and institutions of the governing party, through certain established channels. By doing so, it completes the systemic researches of gove

13、rning party member’s influences on the legitimacy of the governing party. Consequently, based on the systematic research, this paper tries to construct the ways of legalizing which oriented from the individual party memb
