5、heindependentcomponents(ICs)frommultieomponentoverlappingsignalDuetothedriftsofthechemicalshiftandnoisesinNMRknowledgebasedcriteriawerealsoemployedformodifyingtheICsobtainedbynonnegativeICAByvirtueofIAtherelativecontents

6、ofthecomponentsinthemixedsamplesofaminoacidswerecalculatedwiththemodifiedICsResultsindicatethattheproposedmethodmaybeapracticalalternativeforidentificationandquantitativedeterminationofthecomponentsinmixturesamplesbyNMRs

7、pectroscopy(2)AnapproachbasedonIAandTFAwagproposedforresolutionofmulticomponentoverlappingGC—MSsignalInthemethodamassspectrallibraryof300pesticideswasorganizedatfirst，thentargetfactoranalysis(TFA)wasemployedfortestingthe

8、existenceofaspecificpesticideinthemulticomponentoverlappingGC—MSsignal，andfinallythechromatographicinformationofthepesticidewasextractedbyanonnegativeimmunealgorithm(NmA)AGCMSsignalofafortycomponentpesticidemixtureeluted
