3、velopment in digital, which may reduce the use of physical prototypes.The virtual prototyping technology is necessary especially when facing complex models problems and where Actual physical prototypes for testing and mo
4、difying objects is inconvenient. In this paper,the entire process of bag filter design has completed with computer,in the simulation-based virtual test system for the large environmental protection equipment- bag filter,
5、 this greatly reduced the complexity of the physical prototype testing. The purpose of this research is make use of Virtual test technology establish a system which can be used for the virtual test design for bag filters
6、, make it convenient to complete the bag filter performance test, also can form a new test system following user’s needs.Do research on bag filter for the performance of all aspects according to the process of the establ
7、ishment of virtual test system, further research on cleaning bag filter,filter mechanism,and parameters set for dust removal efficiency,and this will guide further research on bag filter make a foundation for better bag
8、filter design. For the problem of virtual test in product design,the research focus on seven test links:uniformity of flow flied,cleaning performance,filter performance,structural performance, virtual machine performance
9、 methods,the query method for basic bag filter parameters, validation of final results.Finally,the correctness and feasibility of the virtual test and models was confirmed by the uniformity test on bag filter inlet flow
