1、 本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了有關(guān)生物光電材料及其在光電器件方面的應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展。 研究了pH、溫度及光照對(duì)天然藻紅藍(lán)蛋白a亞基（a-PEC）的穩(wěn)定性的影響，并采用sol-gel包埋技術(shù),用四種不同的包埋劑對(duì)其進(jìn)行了包埋固定。研究了魚(yú)腥藻細(xì)菌光敏色素PCC7120 AphA(N490)光誘導(dǎo)下的質(zhì)子化反應(yīng)，發(fā)現(xiàn)處于Pr態(tài)下的AphA(N490)當(dāng)受到650nm紅光照射時(shí)，其異構(gòu)化至Pfr態(tài)時(shí)，有質(zhì)子自蛋白質(zhì)分子向液相轉(zhuǎn)移，蛋白溶液出現(xiàn)酸化效應(yīng)；
