65、<p>  2.1.1自動收費(fèi)管理系統(tǒng)</p><p>  自動收費(fèi)采用非接觸式IC卡。IC卡分長期卡與儲值卡兩種。對固定用戶,發(fā)行長期卡,費(fèi)用可在固定用戶交納管理費(fèi)用時一并交納;對臨時用戶,發(fā)行儲值卡,即:用戶交納的費(fèi)用存在卡內(nèi),每次停車讀卡自動從卡中扣除費(fèi)用。</p><p>  2.1.2 自動存取車系統(tǒng)</p><p>  自動存取車系統(tǒng)一般由小型
