16、p><p>　　建筑位置離Lofthaus很近：只有一個(gè)古典的老磚房, 北歐的尖屋頂將兩個(gè)現(xiàn)代的工廠分離了。就好像繪制 Lofthaus , 廣場(chǎng)基地非常寬廣，可以將兩個(gè)不同形狀和材料的建筑結(jié)合在一起，在河邊的開(kāi)放的人行廣場(chǎng)可以讓人們具有一個(gè)非常好的觀景點(diǎn)。</p><p>　　易北山東部就像Lofthaus，然而廣場(chǎng)是在一個(gè)走勢(shì)傾斜的場(chǎng)地上進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)，這也就相當(dāng)于制定了辦公室、住宅和閣樓建筑的

19、t;<p><b>　　英文原文 2</b></p><p>　　ELBBERG CAMPUS ALTONA</p><p>　　The Elbberg Campus Altona is located on the river Elbe between Hamburg’s dockland warehouse and industrial buil

20、dings and green hill whose slopes rise practically from the river edge up to the residential neighborhood of Altona on the top of hill.</p><p>　　The site is very near the Lofthaus: only one old brick buildin

21、g with a classic, northern European peaked roof separates the two modern works. Unlike the Lofthaus plot, the Campus site is much deeper, allowing the creation of two buildings, very different in shape and materials, tha

22、t together generate an open pedestrian square with beautiful views over the river.</p><p>　　Like the Lofthaus am Elbberg to the east, however the Campus project design takes its cue from the sloping location

23、 that is in turn part of a nearly designated part district featuring offices, residential and loft buildings. The underlying objective of the development project is to integrate work, residential and leisure functions in

24、to a harmonious architectural and landscaped whole.</p><p>　　Again like the Lofthaus, the body of the Campus building overlooking the riverside road is a glazed fa~ade to take full advantage of the views. It

25、s shape too resembles a container ship, in somewhat ironic acknowledgement of the huge ships that move in and out of the port of Hamburg. The second building making up the complex is more organic and sinuous in shape. Op

26、en on the south side, its north side is set right up against the hillside, its green copper-clad fa~ade meld effectively with the surr</p><p>　　New avenues, stairs and terraces link the different levels from

27、 the port and river below to the top of the hill. Although the distinction between public and private areas is very evident, the two features blend in a harmonious architectural, landscaped whole. The Elbberg Campus Alto

28、na serves as a trait d’union between the hill-top Altona neighborhood and the River Elbe below and is a part of a winder regeneration project to create a dynamic, multi-functional district on the banks of the Elbe.</p
