1、<p><b>　　附 錄A</b></p><p>　　隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的提高，石油工業(yè)也得到了迅猛發(fā)展，它為我國工業(yè)提供了不可或缺的原材料。但是由于其易燃易爆的特點(diǎn)，因此也給我們的生活帶來了很多安全隱患。油品運(yùn)輸中由于靜電放電引燃油品導(dǎo)致災(zāi)難發(fā)生的重大安全事故越來越多，已經(jīng)給世界各國造成了巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。因此越來越多的科研人員，投入到油品運(yùn)輸靜電放電的防治工作中來。研制出

2、高效的靜電消除裝置已經(jīng)成為我國解決石油運(yùn)輸隱患的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。</p><p>　　首先從分析油品運(yùn)輸中起電、放電的成因入手，了解油品靜電起電、放電是如何形成的，以及靜電起電，放電的具體表現(xiàn)形式，影響運(yùn)輸中油品放電的主要因素，靜電引燃的條件等相關(guān)理論。依據(jù)這些理論，另外再依據(jù)油罐車的帶電以及靜電放電的物理模型，提出一種新的消除油罐車運(yùn)輸中所帶大量靜電的方法，即無源靜電消除器。它能從油罐密閉的蒸氣空間里吸收電荷，并將之

3、運(yùn)送到對設(shè)備技術(shù)性能和操作人員都安全的中性區(qū)域，并完成由電能至熱能的轉(zhuǎn)換。此無源靜電消除器的基礎(chǔ)是把油罐車帶電和放電的物理模型用等效電路來表示，即吸收回路以及消除回路?；谖张c消除回路，結(jié)合石油罐車出口電壓的特點(diǎn)，建立此裝置的數(shù)學(xué)模型。在數(shù)學(xué)模型的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)青島石化安全工程研究院所提出的一些具體要求，設(shè)計(jì)出實(shí)際的電子電路，并進(jìn)行了初步的工程驗(yàn)證。對目前國內(nèi)外常用的幾種靜電消除裝置做了深入剖析，指出它們應(yīng)用于油品運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域所存在的缺陷。
