7、干凈的潤滑油。</p><p> 盒形狀角部向內(nèi)折攏,局部起皺。產(chǎn)生的原因,材料角部壓邊力太小,起皺后拉如凹模行腔,所以局部起皺。預(yù)防方法,加大壓邊力或增大角部毛坯面積。</p><p> 階梯形零件肩部破裂,產(chǎn)生的原因,凸肩部分成型時(shí),材料在母線方向承受過大拉應(yīng)力,導(dǎo)致破裂。預(yù)防方法,加大凹木及肩部分圓角。或改善潤滑條件,選用塑性較好的材料。</p><p>
