1、<p><b> 注塑成型</b></p><p> 在注塑成型中,塑料顆??恐辛牧隙愤M入加熱桶。當螺桿柱塞將塑料顆粒緩慢向前推進,塑膠被推進能使之溶化的加熱腔。由于柱塞向前運動,溶化塑料壓迫通過正對著模具的噴嘴、澆口和熱道系統(tǒng)進入型腔。模具保持冷卻,因此模具一旦被填滿,塑料就開始凝固。</p><p> 對于注塑周期開始,四個標準必須滿足:模具打開

6、定位,產(chǎn)生的沖擊可能損壞機器。當模具打開時,推桿向前運動,推動零件。當推桿返回,所有的成型循環(huán)標準都達到,那么下個成型周期可以開始。</p><p> 基本注射周期如下:合?!⑸溲b置移動——注入塑料——測定——運輸返回——開模——推出零件。有些機器是由電動機代替液壓機或二者兼而有之。冷卻水道,協(xié)助冷卻模具和塑料加熱固化。冷卻不當可導致扭曲成型。當模具打開,零件在模具內部的推桿的協(xié)助下被推開,成型周期完成。&

8、 通過流道進入模具型腔的塑料也會凝固,形成一個附加的框架。這個由熔融的殘料構成的框架,是溶化的樹脂從料斗流經(jīng)型腔的主通道,它與模具的開合方向平行;而與開合方向垂直的分流道,用于將熔融塑料傳遞到澆口。澆口和流道系統(tǒng)能夠被剪斷、扭斷和重復利用,有時在線條機構旁邊被顆?;?。有些模具被設計成零件自動脫離的形式。</p><p> ·我國塑料加工企業(yè)星羅其布,遍布全國各地,設備的技術水平參差不齊,大多數(shù)加工企業(yè)
9、的設備都需要技術改造。這幾年來,我國塑機行業(yè)的技術進步十分顯著,尤其是注塑機的技術水平與國外名牌產(chǎn)品的差距大大縮小,在控制水平、產(chǎn)品內部質量和外觀造型等方面均取得顯著改觀。選擇國產(chǎn)設備,以較小的投入,同樣也能生產(chǎn)出與進口設備質量相當?shù)漠a(chǎn)品。這些為企業(yè)的技術改造創(chuàng)造了條件。</p><p> 為加強塑料機械的使用、維護和管理工作,我國有關部門已制訂了有關標準和實施細則,要求各設備管理部門和生產(chǎn)企業(yè)對設備的管理和使
10、用做到“科學管理、正確使用、合理潤滑、精心維護、定期保養(yǎng)、計劃檢修,提高設備完好率,使設備經(jīng)常處于良好態(tài)。</p><p> 塑料注射成型技術是根據(jù)壓鑄原理從十九世紀末二十世紀初發(fā)展起來的,是目前塑料加工中最普遍采用的方法之一。該法適用于全部熱塑性塑料和部分熱固性塑料(約占塑料總量的1/3) </p><p> 注射系統(tǒng)是注塑機的心臟部分,其作用是保證定時、定量地把物料加熱塑化,然后以
11、一定的壓力和盡快的速度把相當于一次注射量的熔融塑料注入模腔內,注射完畢還要有一段保壓時間以向模腔內補充一部分因冷卻而收縮的熔料,使制品密實和防止模腔內物料反流。因此,注射裝置必須保證塑料均勻塑化,并有足夠的注射壓力和保壓壓力。能滿足這些要求的注射裝置主要有柱塞式、柱塞—螺桿式、螺桿式等。 </p><p><b> 注:</b></p><p><b>
