3、向21世紀教育振興行動計劃》,加快現(xiàn)代化遠程教育工程資源建設步伐,支持若干所大學建設網(wǎng)絡教育學院,開展現(xiàn)代遠程教育試點;同時推動優(yōu)秀教學資源的全國共享,促進我國高等教育整體質(zhì)量和效益的提高,根據(jù)“關于實施‘新世紀高等教育教學改革工程’的通知”(教高【2001】1號)精神,我司決定實施新世紀網(wǎng)絡課程建設工程。在現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程中,網(wǎng)絡建設是基礎,資源建設是核心,教學建設是目的。網(wǎng)絡課程是網(wǎng)絡教學的基本單元,是網(wǎng)絡教育學院的重大支撐條
4、件。新世紀網(wǎng)絡課程建設工程是現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程的主要內(nèi)容,是推動我國現(xiàn)代遠程教育工程發(fā)展的重要舉措,各有關高等學校要給予高度重視,積極組織申請?,F(xiàn)將有關事項通知如下:一、新世紀網(wǎng)絡課程建設工程的目標新世紀網(wǎng)絡課程建設工程的目標是:用大約2年的時間,建設200門左右的基礎性網(wǎng)絡課程、案例庫和試題庫。新世紀網(wǎng)絡課程建設工程將建設一批既可供學生遠程學習,有可供教師在課堂教學中輔助教學的網(wǎng)絡課程,包括以本課程各知識點為單元的開放式網(wǎng)
5、絡課件庫;建設若干既能為開展案例課程教學提供必需的教學資源,同時也為網(wǎng)絡課程建設提供豐富的優(yōu)秀教學素材的案例庫;建設一批既能夠滿足網(wǎng)上測試需要,又能夠用于校內(nèi)教學診斷地試題庫。新世紀網(wǎng)絡課程建設工程的成果將用于若干所大學網(wǎng)絡教育學院的現(xiàn)代遠程教育試點,校內(nèi)和校際之間的網(wǎng)上選課以及學分的承認,支持發(fā)達地區(qū)高等學校和西部地區(qū)高等學校通過網(wǎng)絡教學進行對口支援。...... 教育部高等教育司二000
