3、cle2Thisregulationappliestosteelmadetankcarsftransptationofliquefiedgaseswithmaximumwkingpressure≥0.1Mpadesigntemperature≯50℃.Thisregulationdoesnotapplytotankcarsofwhichthetankismadeofnonferrousmetalnonmetalmaterial.Thet

4、ankcarsreferredtointhisregulationmeansinglevehicletypetankcarswiththetankfixedonvehiclechassistankcarsofsemitrailertype.Thetankmaybenudewithheatinsulationheatisolation.Article3Thedesignmanufactureusetransptationmaintenan

11、nkcarsshallbesafereliableeasyfmanufacturingoperationmaintenanceoverhaul.Article10Thestructuraldesignofthetankbodyshallmeetfollowingrequirements:1Theconnectionstructurefixingdevicefthetankbodychassisshallbefirmreliabletom

12、eettransptationrequirementsaswellastosustainthevibrationimpactbytheaccelerationofgravity.Thelongitudinalcenterplaneofthetankbodyshallcoincidewiththelongitudinalcenterplaneofthechassis.Thetankcarsshallbeinconfmitywithwhat

13、specifiedinTechnicalSpecificationfOperationSafetyofMotizedVehicleGB7258.2ThetankbodyshallbesteelweldedstructureitsstructuraldesignshallbeinconfmitywithrelevantstipulationsinGB150.Thelongitudinalcircumferentialjointsonthe

14、bodythejointingweldsonthesealheadshallbefullperationbutttypewithoutanypermanentcushionplate.Thefilletweldsatmanholesconnectionpipesflangesshallbefullperationstructure.3Atleastonemanholewithnominaldiameternotlessthan400mm

15、oneliquidphasepipeonegaseousphasepipeshallbeprovidedtothetankbody.Insidethetankwavebufferplatesshallbeprovided.Theeffectiveareaofeachbufferplateshallbelargerthan40%ofsectionareaofthetankbody.Theinstallationpositionoftheb

16、ufferplatesshallmaketheareaoftheupperarchbelessthan20%ofsectionareaofthetankbody.Theconnectionbetweenthebufferplatesthetankbodyshallusefirmstructuretoavoidanycrackingremoval.Ingeneralthevolumeofeachwavebuffersectshallnot
