2、對員工信息的記錄和處理也都是靠手寫和人工處理，這種方法對于企業(yè)員工較少的小企業(yè)來說，有一定的可行性。然而，當小企業(yè)逐漸成長為大企業(yè)的時候，這種方法就顯得比較繁瑣，沒有辦法適應(yīng)當代企業(yè)日趨龐大的人力資源的需要。建立一個可以快速對員工各項信息進行添加、刪除、修改、查詢和決策操作的高效的企業(yè)人事管理系統(tǒng)具有了重大的現(xiàn)實意義和經(jīng)濟價值。 為了提高企業(yè)人事部門的工作效率，減少人事工作人員的工作量，針對人事管理系統(tǒng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和業(yè)務(wù)需求，基于 C/S

3、架構(gòu)模式，建立企業(yè)人事管理系統(tǒng)模型。采用.NET 分層設(shè)計思想，設(shè)計了基于.NET 平臺的企業(yè)人事管理系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)，根據(jù)企業(yè)人事部門的工作類型和工作內(nèi)容， 詳細設(shè)計了各個子系統(tǒng)， 實現(xiàn)了對企業(yè)員工信息的正規(guī)化管理。基于.NET Framework 下 Windows Form 技術(shù)，嚴格按照“軟件工程”的設(shè)計理念，使用C#語言在 Visual Studio2010 平臺下開發(fā)，采用 ADO.NET 技術(shù)來連接由數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)建立的數(shù)據(jù)
