5、nts、working process management and behavior performance。 It is a blank for the systemic study of contractor basic safety training & authorization management .In this article ,the theories and methods about the modern

6、 corporation training、adult study and safety training are studied and summarized by the numbers. One general mode of contractor safety training & authorization management is proposed in this article, based on the stu

7、dy and combining with the features of NPP safety operation and the practices of training for NPP contractors. Using this general mode, the DaYa Bay NPP contractor basic safety & authorization management, which has it

8、s special features, are improved by studying and analysis the features of DaYa Bay NPP contractors. It is proved ，by the practice of this mode ,that the mode is effective for the improvement of contractor training、 decre
