3、re and more business bosses, especially those in districts such as Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Shanghai, many of whom become millionaires without receiving better university education. It is their social experience and busines
4、s contacts that make them successful in their career.2. Many successful businessmen and businesswomen in and abroad with less or even no education, make powerful business with their abundant life experience and colorful
5、business contacts2.1 Abundant life experience makes a successful businesswomanTao huabi, born in a remote village of Meitan County, Guizhou Province, has made Lao Gan Ma, the affectionate, familiar form of address loosel
6、y translated as godmother, nationally synonymous with her famous brand of chili sauce.1 Born to a poor family, Tao never went to school, Within six years her factory had grown from a small noodle restaurant into a grand

10、ell. He is an American business magnate and the founder and chief executive officer of Dell Inc and he is one of the richest people in the world, with a net worth of US$14 billion in 2010.5 He attended the University of
11、Texas with hopes of becoming a doctor but abandoned studies to start his own business at just 19 years of age.6 he also won his success with his special interest and growth background.3. Capable salesmen whose degree un
12、der associate college degree are more welcome in marketing3.1 Relatively low degree applicants have better market positioningRecently, some successful marketing companies are more and more apt to employ capable staff wi
13、th those graduates whose degree are under associate college ones. The personnel department pays more attention to the applicants’ability rather than their degree in recruitment. One of the reason is that these applicants
14、 have better market positioning. Their targeting customers are mainly farmers butt not people with learning. Thus they can communicate more easily with those farmers. Common topics are more shared between them.73.2 Rela
15、tively low degree applicants have better mentalityOnce those applicants are employed by big companies, they would work harder than usual to maintain their job because they have better earnings than their previous posts.
