3、tedthehumanlivingenvironmentaswellasthesocialeconomicdevelopment.Thenaturaldisastersderivingfromextremeweathersuchasdroughtsfloodsetccausedseriousloss.Thedroughtsfloodsoccurredfrequentlywidelyamongvarietynaturaldisasters

4、insouthwestChina.Therefetheresearchontheacteristicsofextremeprecipitationdroughtsfloodseventsunderclimatechangeisveryimptanttoguidetherationaldistributionofagriculturalstructureoptimizetheallocationofwaterresourceprevent

5、ionmitigationofdisasters.Themeteologicaldataof79stationsfrom1960to2009droughtfloodclassificationmaterialsof15regionsfrom19522009werecollected.ThemathematicalstatisticalmethodswereusedontheArcGISplatfm.Thelawsofextremepre

6、cipitationdroughtsfloodswereanalyzedcomprehensivelyundertheclimatechangeconditionsfromtheaspectofhazardfacts.Theresearchresultsmainlyconsistofthefollowingthreeaspects.Firstthechangesofextremeprecipitationwithclimatechang

7、einsouthwestChinawereanalyzed.Theresultsshowthattheincreasingofextremeprecipitationeventsleadedtheincreasingofdroughtsfloods.Theamountfrequencyintensityofextremeprecipitationtendedtoincreasetheabruptchangeoccurredin1995.

8、After1995thefrequencyofseriousfloodsincreasethedroughtseventsincreasedsignificantlycomparingtofloodsevents.Thechangeofextremeprecipitationexistsspatialdifference.Secondtheacteristicsoffloodindexofrainstmthemaximumdayprec

9、ipitationthelongestsustainedrainfalldayswasgiveninthispaperfoundthatthepossibilityoffloodinginthesummerincreased.UsingtheoverlayfunctionofrastermapstodrawadiagramofthefoodinSouthwestregionsInadditiontothewesternplateauin

10、Sichuanmostareasareinfloodzonessubmultifloodzoneflooddisasterareasislarger.Finallyinthe21stcenturytheSouthwestregionsareinthedriestperiod.Dryindexcontinuousdayswithoutprecipitationshowedarisingtrend.Manyregionstendtodryi
