簡介:上海交通大學博士學位論文航空發(fā)動機系統(tǒng)級多場耦合分布仿真研究姓名曹源申請學位級別博士專業(yè)車輛工程指導教師金先龍20050401卜海交通大學膊上學位|侖文摘要穩(wěn)定性。在仿真服務管理和應用之間做出了負載平衡,避免了通常單一客戶因負載過重而帶來的效率降低、不穩(wěn)定等問題。本研究嘗試應用一種新的面向對象的仿真工具MODLICA語言。充分利用它的面向對象功能,并結合參數化、模塊化和圖形化等新型仿真系統(tǒng)的要求,開發(fā)并建立了一個開放的可擴展的航空渦扇發(fā)動機部件仿真模型庫。在此基礎上,建立了由航空發(fā)動機各部件零維數字仿真模型組成的發(fā)動機整機模型。我們的目的是建立一個系統(tǒng)級的航空發(fā)動機部件模型架構基礎。即一個適用對各類設計方案進行快速評價,以及在制造、維護等階段對發(fā)動機進行檢驗和檢測的,包含主要部件基本物理模型的仿真模型庫。以該模型庫為基礎建立的系統(tǒng)級模型可以作為航空發(fā)動機分布仿真系統(tǒng)中的用戶即系統(tǒng)級架構層,以控制各分布式服務或模型的仿真。大型科學與工程項日的組織與實施都面臨著人員眾多、異構計算資源、多信息系統(tǒng)之間的協(xié)作與交互問題。為了有效地應用并管理航空發(fā)動機分布仿真中眾多的異構資源,消除信息孤島,我們引入了網格計算GRIDCOMPUTING概念和網格計算服務GRIDSERVICE技術。采用網格計算服務和組件技術實現(xiàn)了本文設計的航空發(fā)動機分布仿真系統(tǒng)。按照網格計算服務的要求對發(fā)動機子系統(tǒng)仿真進行封裝,在基礎架構上提供統(tǒng)一標準的仿真服務接口。在網格環(huán)境下,能夠充分利用已有建模仿真技術和商業(yè)化軟件,建立一個松散的分布仿真系統(tǒng)。這改變了傳統(tǒng)分布仿真技術需要通過大規(guī)模改造原有成果,才能建立一個剛性化的分布系統(tǒng)的弊端。該系統(tǒng)賦予航空發(fā)動機各相關領域設計人員巨大的主動權和自治權。本文建立的航空發(fā)動機多場耦合分布仿真系統(tǒng),可使異地的、分布的建模仿真人員方便、快捷、友好地采用各自領域的專業(yè)分析工具,對構成航空發(fā)動機系統(tǒng)的各子系統(tǒng)進行建模與仿真;在不同技術角度和層次上進行功能、性能的單點分析,并支持它們參與整個系統(tǒng)的聯(lián)合仿真。本系統(tǒng)的特長在于使用適當的和可用的幾個資源共同協(xié)作仿真。因為每一個工作不必運行在同一個資源上,因此如果某個特定仿真任務要求特別的資源如超級計算機或特定軟件是可以承受的,而其它仿真過程則可以運行在一個標準的和相對便宜的資源上。工作任務可以運行在任何資源上,這樣增加了系統(tǒng)的可用性和可靠性。航空發(fā)動機多場耦合分布式仿真可以較真實地反映發(fā)動機運轉過程及其部件狀況,大量減少試驗次數,縮短研制時間,節(jié)省研究經費。它可以應用于對發(fā)動機各種設計的預測和測試,直至最后定案。關鍵詞航空發(fā)動機,分布仿真,多場,層次結構,模塊化,模型庫,網格計算
