簡介:航天器這類大型系統(tǒng)的復雜性與實時診斷的需求是兩個互相制約的問題。探求一種有效的智能化的航天器故障診斷方法,解決復雜系統(tǒng)故障診斷的分離算法計算量大、計算時間長等難題,能夠實現(xiàn)航天器的自主化,保障航天器的高可靠、長壽命運行。本學位論文以國防“十五”預研項目(02413200204242)“衛(wèi)星長壽命高可靠性技術”為研究背景,為提高日益復雜的航天器系統(tǒng)的故障診斷能力,研究了適合于航天器不同系統(tǒng)的層次診斷模型,并詳細討論了各層次模型的構建技術及診斷算法。系統(tǒng)地研究了結構抽象和行為抽象技術。充分利用航天器在組成單元上的天然分層結構,利用抽象技術建立層次診斷模型,實現(xiàn)復雜系統(tǒng)的結構簡化。當已知系統(tǒng)的先驗概率時,采用高效的拉格朗日松弛和啟發(fā)式算法,并結合傳播強度法來共同實現(xiàn)多故障診斷;當系統(tǒng)的先驗概率未知時,提出用與系統(tǒng)領域相關的方程組成的約束集進行一致性分析的方法來進行診斷,并在診斷推理時引入定量知識,從而實現(xiàn)故障的精確定位。根據(jù)衛(wèi)星熱控系統(tǒng)的特點,提出把基于圖論的故障診斷技術引入到結構抽象技術中來,構建了某衛(wèi)星熱控系統(tǒng)層次診斷模型。研究了基于功能單元的抽象技術,詳細介紹了功能單元的描述及功能單元抽象的基本規(guī)則。深入探討了用于診斷推理的三類基本定理,并提出了新穎的診斷推理策略,給出了診斷推理步驟。針對衛(wèi)星電源系統(tǒng)具有某種流動介質或者可以稱為一種廣義流的特點,構建了某衛(wèi)星電源系統(tǒng)的基于功能單元的層次診斷模型(SPS樹)研究了以系統(tǒng)辨識為工具進行行為抽象進而建立層次模型的建模技術。針對傳統(tǒng)基于參數(shù)估計的故障診斷技術存在的弊端,提出了一種新診斷思路。詳細地介紹了抽象樹的建立準則,系統(tǒng)地研究了采用的行為抽象法BOXJENKINS建模法所包含的四項基本技術,對其中的一項關鍵技術參數(shù)估計采用了一種新的不對稱動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)窗的方法。對某衛(wèi)星進行了應用仿真。針對分布式應用對象,研究了一種基于語言抽象的分布式層次診斷模型。詳細地介紹了規(guī)則語言的數(shù)學基礎語言和相關工具的定義。深入地研究了全局一致性的分布式診斷技術及多步分辨診斷(MULTIRESOLUTIONDIAGNOSIS)的計算方法。提出了由下至上構建層次模型結構,由上至下進行分層計算的策略。建立了某衛(wèi)星測控系統(tǒng)的分布式層次診斷模型。以“風云一號”衛(wèi)星為應用背景,開發(fā)了衛(wèi)星及診斷平臺。論述了軟件系統(tǒng)設計原則及基本設計思想,平臺以層次模型故障診斷理論為基礎,并結合模糊推理及專家系統(tǒng)診斷實現(xiàn)了三種方法的相互配合診斷。

簡介:上海交通大學碩士學位論文航空發(fā)動機變比熱容熱力計算和系統(tǒng)級仿真研究姓名韋福申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)航空宇航推進理論與工程指導教師杜朝輝20060201上海交通大學碩士論文摘要II和組分燃氣的復雜函數(shù)其中壓力對比熱容的影響很小氣體經過燃燒室和燃油混合燃燒后生成的燃氣由多種不同性質的物質組成而且隨著余氣系數(shù)不同其成分及比例不同物性也不一樣如果都考慮每種氣體的比熱容就會給計算帶來困難為了計算方便將系統(tǒng)的工質分為空氣和純燃氣由燃料與理論空氣量完全燃燒而成的的混合分別考慮他們的比熱容如果是燃燒室前的模塊比如進氣道壓氣機等可把其工質看成燃氣為零的混合氣體純空氣一般的比熱容是按照空氣和純燃氣的比熱容根據(jù)質量分數(shù)關系線性組合而成的然后對每一模塊建立變比熱容的數(shù)學計算模型同時以單軸渦輪噴氣式發(fā)動機為算例進行計算仿真跟用軟件GASTURB和定比熱計算的結果相比較證明變比熱的計算結果合理性和更接近物理實際以及有推廣應用的價值最后利用已有的模塊庫對常見的發(fā)動機系統(tǒng)比如渦輪噴氣渦輪軸渦輪螺漿渦輪風扇等進行系統(tǒng)建模仿真并對它們進行設計點和非設計點的熱力計算非設計點仿真計算包括速度特性高度特性和節(jié)流特性的計算還有過渡工作狀態(tài)比如啟動加速減速接通加力與斷開加力等仿真從計算結果的分析和與GASTURB的計算相比較中可以看出利用MODELICADYMOLA進行建模仿真的方法具有有效性通用性合理性可行性和便捷性等關鍵詞航空發(fā)動機模塊化建模變比熱容仿真DYMOLAMODELICA
