簡(jiǎn)介:山東大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文航空鋁合金殘余應(yīng)力及切削加工變形研究姓名唐志濤申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)機(jī)械制造及其自動(dòng)化指導(dǎo)教師劉戰(zhàn)強(qiáng)20080420山東大學(xué)博學(xué)位論文結(jié)果表明應(yīng)力主平面與試樣表面基本平行,銑削加工鋁合金表面殘余應(yīng)力近似處于二維平面應(yīng)力狀態(tài);采用X射線衍射和電解拋光逐層剝除相結(jié)合的方法,測(cè)試銑削加工航空鋁合金殘余應(yīng)力沿層深的分布規(guī)律,分析主軸轉(zhuǎn)速、進(jìn)給速度、后刀面磨損量對(duì)加工殘余應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律的影響,結(jié)果表明銑削加工引入的殘余應(yīng)力沿層深的分布與后刀面磨損量密切相關(guān),其次是主軸轉(zhuǎn)速,而每齒進(jìn)給量對(duì)殘余應(yīng)力的影響不大;建立三維雙刃斜角變切屑厚度有限元模型,采用KISTLER測(cè)力儀獲得銑削過程中的動(dòng)態(tài)切削力分布,采用紅外熱像儀測(cè)試得到銑削過程中切屑中的最高溫度,通過有限元分析與試驗(yàn)研究相結(jié)合,獲得不同切削條件下的工件已加工表面溫度場(chǎng)的分布規(guī)律?;跓嵋涣︸詈侠碚摚瑢?duì)銑削加工殘余應(yīng)力的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理進(jìn)行解釋。建立航空鋁合金初始?xì)堄鄳?yīng)力的釋放與重分布引起加工變形的理論解析模型與有限元模型,基于有限元法分析材料切削去除過程中雙向毛坯初始?xì)堄鄳?yīng)力的釋放與重分布引起的矩形板工件加工變形規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明毛坯初始?xì)堄鄳?yīng)力的釋放與重分布造成了工件整體上的彎曲變形;采用組合函數(shù)近似表達(dá)銑削加工引入的殘余應(yīng)力,解決了有限元模型中加工殘余應(yīng)力的自平衡問題。研究銑削加工引入的殘余應(yīng)力引起的加工變形規(guī)律,得出結(jié)論加工引入的殘余拉伸或壓縮應(yīng)力造成了工件整體上的彎曲變形,加工殘余剪切應(yīng)力造成了工件整體上的扭轉(zhuǎn)變形,且扭轉(zhuǎn)變形量大于彎曲變形量;研究多框體零件隔框加工順序以及雙面結(jié)構(gòu)零件加工工藝對(duì)加工變形的影響,基于加工變形的最小化目標(biāo),得到最優(yōu)的隔框加工順序方案及工藝路線方案。綜合考慮毛坯初始?xì)堄鄳?yīng)力、裝夾效應(yīng)、銑削機(jī)械載荷、銑削熱載荷、加工引入的殘余應(yīng)力對(duì)加工變形的影響,建立多因素耦合作用下工件加工變形的預(yù)報(bào)模型;設(shè)計(jì)框類結(jié)構(gòu)件的高速銑削加工試驗(yàn),采用三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)測(cè)量工件的加工變形,通過有限元模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的比較,驗(yàn)證預(yù)報(bào)模型的正確性。多因素耦合變形預(yù)報(bào)模型的建立為進(jìn)一步研究加工變形的控制技術(shù)提供依據(jù)。本課題得到國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“大型航空整體結(jié)構(gòu)件加工變形機(jī)理及精度保障技術(shù)50435020”資助。關(guān)鍵詞整體結(jié)構(gòu)件;加工變形;鋁合金;毛坯初始?xì)堄鄳?yīng)力;加工殘余應(yīng)力。X
