簡介:⑧西南財鍾大學碩士學位論文MASTER7SDISSERTATION試論中國航空產業(yè)的規(guī)制改革STUDYONTHEDEREGULATIONOFTHEAIRLINEINDUSTRYINCHINA學位申請人指導教師學科專業(yè)學位類別李炎諦候立平教授世界經濟學經濟學試論中國航空產業(yè)的規(guī)制改革自然壟斷理論中的定價矛盾使社會陷入社會福利與企業(yè)利益之間如何取舍的兩難狀態(tài),從而使得對自然壟斷的規(guī)制成為必要。規(guī)制是指由行政機構制定并執(zhí)行的直接干預市場配置機制或間接改變企業(yè)和消費者供需決策的一般規(guī)則,它可以糾正“市場失靈”,傳統(tǒng)經濟學認為必須由政府對資源配置的“市場失靈”進行糾正,實行規(guī)制,如市場準入、價格管制、安全質量監(jiān)督以及反壟斷或不正當競爭等。但是,傳統(tǒng)自然壟斷理論至少包含了兩個隱含的前提假設L、市場環(huán)境是靜態(tài)的;2、政府的規(guī)制是高效且低成本的。可事實上這兩個假設都不能成立,市場規(guī)模擴大可以使自然壟斷行業(yè)成為競爭性行業(yè),而政府規(guī)制也會失靈且規(guī)制成本不低。因此,傳統(tǒng)的政府規(guī)制理論受到批判,出現(xiàn)了一系列規(guī)制放松理論1、政府規(guī)制失效理論,分析了政府規(guī)制失效的政治和經濟原因;2、X低效率理論,提出免受競爭壓力的壟斷企業(yè)不但會產生市場配置低效率,而且還存在著超額的單位生產成本;3、可競爭市場理論,主張放松政府規(guī)制,降低產業(yè)的進入壁壘,使產業(yè)能夠自由進出。然后,本文從成本、需求、規(guī)模經濟和范圍經濟幾方面分析了航空產業(yè)的特征1、從成本方面來說,航空公司的經營成本是經營一個客機群的成本,它取決于經營單獨一架客機的成本,而單獨一架客機的成本又可以劃分為固定成本和可變成本。固定成本一般變化不大,但是可變成本則主要取決于乘客數(shù)量和每條航線上的航班數(shù)量。對一條特定的航線來說,當飛行距離固定的時候,在客機的有效載荷內增加乘客數(shù)量是降低成本的決定性因素,所以航空公司即使降低票價,也要盡量賣出每一個座位。另外,經營成本也隨著航線的交通密度和需求的不同而發(fā)生變化。2、從需求方面來說,本文用了總數(shù)據(jù)來分析整個航空產業(yè)空中交通的總需求,鐵路交通運輸價格低廉,是航空運輸?shù)闹饕娲泛透偁幷?,航空乘客?shù)量遠低于鐵路乘客。但是50年來,航空乘客占鐵路乘客的比例處于一個上漲的趨勢,筆者認為原因之一是航空運輸相對鐵路運輸價格的下降接著再通過對預算約束線和無差異曲線的分析,筆者認為其主要原因是消費者收入的增加,當然,替代物的特性、消費者偏好以及消費者結構都會影響對航空運輸?shù)男枨蟆?、從規(guī)模經濟、范圍經濟和網絡經濟來說,隨著企業(yè)規(guī)模的擴大,擁有2

簡介:隨著2008年北京奧運會和2010上海世博會舉辦的日益臨近,眾多的國外友人將前來我國工作和參觀旅游,這將使我國航空業(yè)得到迅猛發(fā)展。同時,我國多年的經濟高速增長,讓越來越多的公民出行選擇飛機作為交通運輸?shù)牡谝还ぞ?,這種趨勢必成為拉動航空市場進一步做大的內需力量,在我國航空業(yè)發(fā)展前景如此誘人的背景下,國內外航空公司的競爭行為已日趨白熱化,降本增效成為航空公司業(yè)績提升、贏得未來市場的一個重要手段。降低航空餐車遺失率和提供個性化餐飲服務已成為降本增效的重要舉措之一。射頻識別RFIDRADIOFREQUENCYIDENTIFICATION技術是走向成熟的一項自動識別技術,它利用射頻方式進行非接觸式雙向通訊交換數(shù)據(jù)達到識別目的,憑著它相對條形碼等識別技術的優(yōu)勢,RFID技術在物流、倉管和識別等領域不斷發(fā)展。將RFID技術應用到航空餐車管理中,結合了航空餐車流動性大的特性,電子標簽采用價格便宜、使用壽命長、頻率為1356MHZ、閱讀距離在1米左右的無源標簽,讀寫器之間設計了專門的抗沖突協(xié)議,防止讀寫器對同一個標簽的多次重復讀取,實現(xiàn)了多餐車電子標簽信息同時讀取的功能,發(fā)揮了RFID技術非接觸識別的優(yōu)勢,在餐車清洗、出入庫管理、配餐、機場等各個流通環(huán)節(jié)中獲取數(shù)據(jù)信息。本文對項目需求進行分析確定技術解決方案并運用MDA設計系統(tǒng)軟件結構,創(chuàng)新性地提出了管理航空餐車的技術應用模型,深入探討了管理系統(tǒng)的方案設計和各個功能模塊的實現(xiàn)。

簡介:西北工業(yè)大學博士學位論文復雜產品創(chuàng)新成功影響因素及對中國航空產品的實證研究姓名繆小明申請學位級別博士專業(yè)管理科學與工程指導教師徐濟超20070601謠北工業(yè)大學博士學位論文性因素以及項目組織因素。4本文通過對我國航空工業(yè)已經完成的5個重點型號項目的案例研究和結構化訪談,在對280份調查問卷進行統(tǒng)計研究的基礎上,對本文提出的研究假設進行了分析驗證。本文的實證研究顯示,在我們提出的四個維度20項研究假設中,有19項研究假設得到了支持,只有一項未獲得支持。5本文的回歸分析顯示,在影響我國航空復雜產品創(chuàng)新成功的因子中,對客戶滿意度產生積極影響的因子主要有高層管理者的支持、團隊領導力以及團隊溝通能力,而項目難度和項目規(guī)模對客戶滿意度產生負影響;對市場績效產生積極影響的因子主要有國家管制因素、團隊溝通能力、團隊技術能力、組織戰(zhàn)略能力;對企業(yè)聲譽產生積極影響的因子主要有高級管理人員的支持、項目定位因素以及項目的規(guī)模,而國家管制因素、項目的難度對企業(yè)聲譽產生負影響。6本文在對實證研究結果進行分析討論的基礎上,提出了我國航空工業(yè)復雜產品進行技術追趕的路徑是自主創(chuàng)新積累技術,以軍養(yǎng)民、軍民結合,養(yǎng)精蓄銳、厚積薄發(fā),臥薪嘗膽、等待機會;我國航空工業(yè)復雜產品創(chuàng)新的戰(zhàn)略是創(chuàng)新產品多元化、技術合作國際化、發(fā)展空間集群化。關鍵詞復雜產品,航空工業(yè),創(chuàng)新管理,項目管理,影響因素N

簡介:當今時代科技創(chuàng)新成了國家經濟增長的重要源泉,科學技術成了經濟發(fā)展的根本動力。中國的經濟正處在一個重要的轉型階段,如何讓科技進步支撐未來中國經濟社會發(fā)展,以科技創(chuàng)新為基礎,如何鼓勵中國企業(yè)從科技創(chuàng)新的角度入手,增強自身的綜合能力很有研究的必要。從民航運輸業(yè)來看,隨著中國民航的快速發(fā)展,整個民航運輸業(yè)越來越認識到科學技術作為第一生產力,在行業(yè)和企業(yè)發(fā)展中起著關鍵的作用。作為民航運輸業(yè)的主力軍,航空公司面對國內外日益激烈的競爭態(tài)勢,更要以科技為基礎,借助科技創(chuàng)新這一大力發(fā)展生產力的平臺,提高航空公司綜合能力。本項研究對航空公司的綜合能力構建了一套評價指標體系,旨在通過該評價體系對航空公司的綜合能力進行評估,為航空公司在各種競爭中提高競爭力提供科學的參考依據(jù)。本文從結構上分為四個部分共七章,第一部分為第一章,主要是問題的提出和文獻綜述。第二部分為第二章和第三章,主要圍繞科技創(chuàng)新分析了中國民航的科技現(xiàn)狀及相關理論知識。第三部分為第四章和第五章,主要是關于綜合能力評價體系的構建,指標體系的構建是本論文的重點,更是論文的創(chuàng)新之處。該部分具體介紹了基于科技創(chuàng)新的航空公司綜合評價的目的、原則及相關方法,闡述了指標體系的構建思路,并建立了層次結構模型,然后從知識創(chuàng)造、知識流動、科技創(chuàng)新環(huán)境、科技創(chuàng)新效益、社會效果、經濟績效六個方面具體分解指標。第四部分是本文最后兩章,主要以國航為例進行實證分析和總結。
