簡介:摘要隨著我國航空事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,航空客貨運輸?shù)母偁幰苍絹碓郊ち?,不斷上升的國際燃油價格大幅的提升了航空公司成本,作為高風(fēng)險、低收益行業(yè)的航空公司的利潤也被進一步壓縮。因此很多航空公司開始尋找新的利潤源,為了提高企業(yè)的競爭力,航空公司在運輸生產(chǎn)能力相對固定的情況下,希望不斷提高運輸效率來削減成本,增加收入。隨著航空業(yè)界的競爭日益激烈,國外的航空公司都逐步實施航空貨運收益管理,以此作為獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的手段。而我國的航空公司由于受“重客輕貨”、“貨隨客走”等觀念的約束,在貨運收益管理方面研究比較薄弱。隨著收益管理在航空客運市場應(yīng)用的成功和航空貨運市場的蓬勃發(fā)展,人們開始把眼光轉(zhuǎn)向了航空貨運市場,并視航空貨運收入為新的經(jīng)濟增長點和利潤的重要組成部分。本文針對航空貨運收益的特點、內(nèi)容、影響因素等闡述收益管理在航空貨運領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用研究分析現(xiàn)有運價體系貨運收益管理的合理化建議。本文的研究中,針對我國航空貨運發(fā)展中存在的“運價體系缺乏靈活性”的問題,著重研究運價的市場化問題,對航空貨運多等級艙位運價體系的建立進行初步探討以廈門航空貨運收益管理現(xiàn)狀為案例,分析存在的問題并提出提高空二客運的收益管理等進行比較分析,以借鑒其適合航空客運收益管理的成功經(jīng)驗,優(yōu)化航空貨運收益管理機制。主要的貢獻之處表現(xiàn)在1引入航空客運中的“多等級多艙位”運價管理思想,健全市場化貨運運價和艙位管理機制。2分析航空貨運收益管理機制,探討了實施貨運收益管理的EMSR模型,并基于EMSR模型進行定量分析。實施貨運收益管理,產(chǎn)力轉(zhuǎn)化為現(xiàn)實的生產(chǎn)力進行艙位資源的優(yōu)化配置和充分有效利用,將潛在的生,可以提高航空公司貨運管理水平,現(xiàn)從粗放經(jīng)營到集約經(jīng)營的轉(zhuǎn)變,以改善航空公司貨運收益,競爭能力顯得尤其重要。使航空公司真正實提高我國航空公司關(guān)鍵字航空貨運收益管理EMSR模型ANDSPACE2ANALYZINGTHEREVENUEMANAGEMENTSYSTEMOFAIRCARGO,MODELEARRYINGOUTEARGEVENUEMANAGEMENT,ANDMAKESABASEDONITEXPLORINGTHEEMSRQUANTITATIVEANALYSISBYCANYINGOUTEARGEVEMIEMANAGEMENT,OPTIMUMALLOEATIONANDFULLANDEFFIEIENTUSEOFEARGOSPAEERESOURCES,TURN〕NGPOTENTIALPRODUETIVITYINTEALPRODUETIVITY,ITCANPROMOTETHELEVELOFAIRLINES’EARGOMANAGEMENTANDMAKEAIRIINESREALIZETHETRANSFMATIONFROMEXTENSIVEMANAGEMENTINTOINTENSIVEMANAGEMENT,THUSTOIMPROVEAIRLINES’EARGEVENUEANDCOMPETITIONCOMPETENEE,WHICHSEEMSTOBESPEEIALLYIMPO川衛(wèi)NTKEYWORDSAIREARGO,REVENUEMANAGEMENT,EMSRMODEL與‘尸

簡介:隨著我國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,航空客運市場發(fā)展越來越快,航空市場的競爭亦日趨激烈。國內(nèi)航空公司開始引進收益管理系統(tǒng),采用超售來提高收益。本文主要研究航空公司的客運超售策略,主要內(nèi)容如下一、概述了收益管理的產(chǎn)生過程和發(fā)展階段,闡述了它的應(yīng)用條件、研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,并從國內(nèi)外的研究成果總結(jié)分析了超售的研究進展。二、剖析了航空公司實施超售的原因、利弊及影響因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了超售的數(shù)學(xué)模型。針對單航班航線,分別以航班收益最大和超售成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了基于報童問題和考慮旅客成行率的超售模型;針對多航班航線,考慮DB旅客對后續(xù)航班的影響,以航線總超售成本最小為目標(biāo)函數(shù),分別建立了相同超售量和不同超售量下的數(shù)學(xué)模型。進一步對所建模型分別提出了切實可行的求解方法,并用實例驗證了模型的正確性和算法的有效性。三、分析了超售航班服務(wù)失誤的原因、旅客抱怨的種類,闡述了實施服務(wù)補救的原則,并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合航空公司的實際操作給出了超售航班服務(wù)補救的流程。

簡介:隨著國外航空樞紐機場的成熟運營和進一步發(fā)展,特別是我國周邊國家樞紐機場的迅速崛起,對我國航空事業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重大影響。首先,大部分外國航空公司挾中樞與聯(lián)盟之威,在中國始發(fā)、到達(dá)國際航線上,都占有絕對的優(yōu)勢與份額。其次,環(huán)顧中國大陸四周,依次有日本東京成田、大阪關(guān)西、漢城仁川、中國香港、新加坡、泰國曼谷6大客貨混合樞紐和馬尼拉貨運樞紐。有些機場開始分流中國內(nèi)地的國際客貨資源,對中國的航空公司和機場,構(gòu)成相當(dāng)嚴(yán)峻的威脅,已經(jīng)初步形成阻礙中國民航發(fā)展的環(huán)形屏障。面對挑戰(zhàn),中國民航必須正視現(xiàn)實,并加快建設(shè)航空樞紐的步伐。否則,就有可能坐失世界民航格局調(diào)整所帶來的戰(zhàn)略機遇期,在未來的世界航空運輸格局中退至“國際支線”的地步。首都國際機場作為我國民航機場的一面旗幟,在國內(nèi)樞紐機場的建設(shè)中具有不可替代的作用和戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢。在此背景下,本文對首都國際機場航空樞紐建設(shè)的國際環(huán)境條件、內(nèi)部缺失、戰(zhàn)略機遇和綜合挑戰(zhàn)等進行了認(rèn)真研究和分析論證,并提出了有針對性的實施策略和建議,對首都國際機場的中樞建設(shè)有著重要的意義。本論文主要由五部分組成,分別是第一章,關(guān)于樞紐的概念和樞紐機場;第二章,國內(nèi)外樞紐機場發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀;第三章,國內(nèi)樞紐機場建設(shè)的思路與規(guī)劃布局;第四章,首都國際機場航空樞紐建設(shè)面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn);第五章,首都國際機場航空樞紐建設(shè)的對策與建議。本文提出的對策與建議比較符合國內(nèi)機場的實際情況,具有可操作性,對指導(dǎo)國內(nèi)樞紐機場的建設(shè)特別是首都國際機場的樞紐建設(shè)具有實用價值。
