簡介:西南財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文國內(nèi)航空客運(yùn)價(jià)格管理政策研究姓名羅偉麗申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師羅世傳20050501展的情況。第二章首先在簡要介紹馬克思主義的價(jià)格理論、市場供求理論、、價(jià)格機(jī)制的基本功能及發(fā)揮作用的條件的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中供給和需求以及供求彈性的理論分析了航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的供求特點(diǎn),指出在航空運(yùn)輸市場的供求都缺乏彈性的情況下,完全由供求來決定航空運(yùn)價(jià),有可能導(dǎo)致航空公司巨額虧損。第三章回顧了國內(nèi)航空運(yùn)價(jià)管理政策的變遷歷史,依據(jù)博弈論的方法分析了1998年國內(nèi)航空公司惡性價(jià)格戰(zhàn)和當(dāng)年國內(nèi)民航業(yè)巨額虧損的原因,指出不具有強(qiáng)制性約束力的行業(yè)自律形式,是無法有效避免降價(jià)競爭的發(fā)生;惡性價(jià)格戰(zhàn)也不是當(dāng)年航空公司業(yè)巨額虧損的唯一原因。對運(yùn)價(jià)改革方案規(guī)定的現(xiàn)行運(yùn)價(jià)管理政策從定價(jià)方式、基準(zhǔn)價(jià)和浮動(dòng)幅度的確定等方面進(jìn)行了詳盡的分析,研究了國內(nèi)航空客運(yùn)價(jià)格的成本構(gòu)成和水平,指出目前民航國內(nèi)客運(yùn)價(jià)格水平是合理的,但明顯存在著高價(jià)不夠高、低價(jià)不夠低的問題。第四章首先介紹了美國、巴西、德國政府對航空運(yùn)價(jià)的管理,尤其對美國航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)放松管制的歷程及其政策效果進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析,并指出了對我國航空運(yùn)價(jià)改革的借鑒意義。其后提出了改進(jìn)我國航空運(yùn)價(jià)管理政策的建議。作者指出我國航空運(yùn)價(jià)改革的進(jìn)程與當(dāng)前我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)發(fā)展水平相一致的。雖然由航空公司完全自主定價(jià)應(yīng)是我國航空運(yùn)價(jià)改革的方向,但是運(yùn)價(jià)目前在形成和水平變動(dòng)等方面存在的問題并不是民航行業(yè)主管部門簡單地完全放開運(yùn)價(jià)就能夠解決的。航空運(yùn)價(jià)管理的改革應(yīng)與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、國內(nèi)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)的發(fā)展程度以及國內(nèi)民航市場的發(fā)育相一致,任何航空運(yùn)價(jià)管理方面的重大政策出臺(tái)都需要綜合考慮行業(yè)內(nèi)外的環(huán)境,選擇適當(dāng)時(shí)機(jī)。關(guān)鍵詞航空運(yùn)價(jià)政策研究
