簡介:論文指導小組成員劉放桐教授黃頌杰教授俞吾金教授張慶熊教授張汝倫教授莫偉民教授汪堂家教授悶IL中文摘要??麓_信政治與哲學的關(guān)系乃永恒而根本的關(guān)系。一旦人們置身于古希臘哲學的自身關(guān)切史,哲學與政治的這種關(guān)系即變得顯而易見。“權(quán)力”,據(jù)此乃福柯重點拷問對象,但并非其根本關(guān)切;“權(quán)力分析“,乃??抡握軐W重要組成部分及拷問路徑,但并非其終極歸宿。??碌恼握軐W乃“特別想拷問政治”的哲學。??逻@種對政治的拷問,一如歷史和政治領(lǐng)域的質(zhì)詢一樣,旨在使先前諸多未曾意識到的問題,得以袒露出來。??抡J為他所努力拷問的這些問題并非由某一預設(shè)性的政治景觀所決定,而且并非趨向于實現(xiàn)某一明確的政治方案。換言之,??抡握軐W所關(guān)切的,是且始終是“當下“,是“生活“,是我們自身的當下歷史生活。對??露裕嬲匾恼握軐W問題,是且始終是人們能否逾越權(quán)力關(guān)系,能否在權(quán)力關(guān)系之外生活???lián)硕扇宋乃既肷鐣?,由“他者“思入“自身“,由政治思入倫理。??隆疤貏e想拷問政治”的政治哲學思想歸宿,據(jù)此由“在世之在“的“權(quán)力關(guān)系“此一無名“他者“和異己存在,通向“關(guān)切自身“的“自身本體論一及“生存的美學”;由“我們自身的當下歷史存在論“通向“作為生活方式的友愛“的“友愛政治學一及“友愛共同體“由此,福柯政治哲學拷問最終呈現(xiàn)出一種“倫理學的姿態(tài)一;福柯政治哲學思想形態(tài)最終演進為一種“作為倫理學的政治學一。最終更令福柯感興趣的,乃是我們自身的當下生存或日道德倫理,而非提出一套總體性宏大政治方案。與提出一套總體化宏大政治方案相比,福柯更樂于盡可能地敞開從后面通抵政治學并切入社會的具體而普遍的問題。對??露?,關(guān)涉我們當下生存的當務(wù)之急的問題,并非某一純粹政治學問題,而是如何將倫理學一認識論與政治學通貫一體,從而幫助人們在各自領(lǐng)域為爭取合法權(quán)益而從事積極抗爭。因而,??抡握軐W所注重的,乃是如何將理論與實踐、思想和行為在某一倫理學意義上鏈接起來,這種倫理學,就其實際效果而言卻又是政治性的此即??隆白鳛閭惱韺W的政治學一之政治哲學根本思想意旨“博學一的福柯,因此深諳“揚棄一之道;揚棄性,乃??抡握軐W思想一大特性。福柯政治哲學思想拷問,其或隱或顯的“對話人“,極為繁多;很難說哪種既往政治思想乃福柯“宗師“但某些既往思想家與福柯理論淵源頗深,對其產(chǎn)生巨大影響;特別是尼采、馬克思以及諸多古希臘思想家。???,并非一味反傳統(tǒng)的虛無主義者,亦非烏托邦主義者,更非“無政府主義者一倡導“作為生活方式的友愛一及“友愛共同體“的??拢瑥膩聿徽J為人們能在權(quán)力關(guān)系及政治共同體之外生活。氤氳于??滦膽训膯栴}是在一個無神且無人的空曠之地,何以安身,何以立命盡管福柯早早撒手塵寰從而留下諸多未竟之思,但福柯依然隱隱給我們指明遠方一片精神沃土,亦即借由人人通過自身關(guān)切自身,由此而建構(gòu)出某一“作為生活方式“的“友愛共同體一;而這一“友愛共同體“之構(gòu)想,決非“小國寡民,雞犬相聞,民至老死不柏往來“的無政府主義烏托邦。

簡介:山東大學碩士學位論文主體與制度的互動關(guān)于制度的一種哲學思考姓名孟凱申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)馬克思主義哲學指導教師劉陸鵬20050511山東大學碩士學位論文中文摘要隨著改革的不斷深化,制度成為知識界關(guān)注的一個中心問題.社會科學各學科從不同的角度對制度功能、制度變遷、制度轉(zhuǎn)型、制度創(chuàng)新等問題進行了全面的探討和深入的研究,涉及到經(jīng)濟學、法學、文化學、社會學、政治學、倫理學等各個領(lǐng)域。這要求我們在概括總結(jié)制度研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,從哲學的高度去反思和研究制度問題,推進制度研究的不斷深入.從哲學層面探究制度問題,一種創(chuàng)新的思路就是從主體出發(fā),深入探索制度與主體的互動關(guān)系,突破對制度建構(gòu)的傳統(tǒng)理念和模式.為全面理解主體與制度的互動,必須首先把制度置于唯物史觀的視野中,從分析制度的本質(zhì)特征入手,揭示出主體對制度的依存和超越.制度是歷史范疇,任何現(xiàn)實的制度都處在變化發(fā)展過程中;制度是關(guān)系范疇,它從關(guān)系中發(fā)展出來,是社會關(guān)系的具體體現(xiàn);制度是規(guī)范范疇,構(gòu)成社會秩序的基礎(chǔ).對主體在現(xiàn)代和后現(xiàn)代哲學中嬗變的分析,可以從理論層面彰顯制度對主體的塑造與限制.歷史和邏輯兩個維度的分析凸顯了制度產(chǎn)生和存在的主體依據(jù),主體的歷史性與制度的歷史性具有內(nèi)在一致性.人的主體性是現(xiàn)代人最重要的觀念之一。經(jīng)過現(xiàn)代主體對自己的主體性內(nèi)在的辯證的否定,現(xiàn)代人所具有的主體性不但沒有衰落,而且會向著全面的,開放的、成熟的主體性方向發(fā)展.制度與主體交互作用、相互影響、密不可分.在一定程度上,哲學所談?wù)摰闹黧w是制度塑造出的主體.既定的制度是現(xiàn)實的,它對主體的影響和作用也是一種現(xiàn)實力量.主體理論的轉(zhuǎn)變與制度的轉(zhuǎn)型具有內(nèi)在一致性,與傳統(tǒng)社會中的制度相比,現(xiàn)代制度要適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代主體性的要求,須具有自由的功能、倫理的功能,秩序的功能.制度作為規(guī)則,以其自身的功能調(diào)節(jié)沖突,強化合作,規(guī)范主體行為,整合社會力量.在這個過程中,一方面,應(yīng)當肯定,制度對個體主體性的規(guī)制是必要的;另一方面,也要看到,制度還會抹殺人的主體性,造成制度的異化.對主體有巨大影響的制度。產(chǎn)生于主體活動中,在制度面前,主體不是消極被動的,主體可選擇制度、改造制度、設(shè)計制度.制度創(chuàng)新,制度建設(shè)必須立足于對主體與制度互動關(guān)系的深刻把握,離開了對主體的充分理解和關(guān)注,無論在理論層面還是在實踐層面,制度建設(shè)的探索都會迷失方向.把主體與制度的互動的辯證關(guān)系落實到制度建設(shè)的層面,我們認為,當前制度建構(gòu)的方向,也即對既定制度的優(yōu)劣進行評價的尺度,必須依據(jù)三個參數(shù)以人為本、秩序與主體自由的平衡、主體與對象的協(xié)調(diào).制度建設(shè)的最終目標是構(gòu)建和諧社會,促進主體自由全面的發(fā)展.關(guān)鍵詞制度主體制度建設(shè)
