簡介:平頂山工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學院平頂山工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學院模具設計與制造專業(yè)模具設計與制造專業(yè)課程標準機械工程學院機械工程學院二〇一八年八月二〇一八年八月三、課程目標與內容設計三、課程目標與內容設計11總體目標總體目標學學習并掌握典型沖壓模具設計與制造的基本知識和方法;培養(yǎng)在設計和動手實踐過程中主動發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并解決問題的能力;能會做由典型到一般的實際模具設計與制造工作。同時,以課程為載體培養(yǎng)學生健康的人格和身心、勞動安全和環(huán)保意識。1)知識與能力目標能準確解釋沖壓工藝的相關術語及其含義。能說出沖壓件生產(chǎn)的一般過程,沖壓工藝、工序和實現(xiàn)工序所需模具的種類,會具體沖壓件的工藝分析與工序設計、會設計實現(xiàn)工序所需模具的結構、模具材料及熱處理的選用,應用模具標準和設計手冊、能應用CAD/CAE軟件建立三維模型、進行成形工藝分析和繪制設計圖紙。能說出典型壓力加工設備的結構及其上下工作臺特點和參數(shù),并能夠正確進行設備選型和完成模具的安裝、調試并逐步掌握壓力加工設備操作調試技巧。能針對模具設計要求和生產(chǎn)制造條件制定加工工藝方案和加工過程,完成零件的加工和模具的裝配。2)過程與方法目標掌握典型沖壓模具設計與制造的一般過程,通過學習情境(具體沖壓件項目)設計,能主動、正確地進行技術資料準備(如沖壓手冊、典型模具結構圖冊、模具標準、模具設計員手冊、類似零件的工藝及設計文件、模具設計與制造行業(yè)的近期技術發(fā)展),并正確分析處理、提取當用信息;能運用CAM軟件建立三維模型、進行模具設計并完成模具設計圖樣繪制和設計過程文件的留存;能進行加工實踐并完成相應的實踐。7能正確分析缺陷產(chǎn)生原因;8能正確判斷模具工作狀態(tài);9能正確安裝調整夾具;10能正確技術指導實際生產(chǎn);11能提出零件成形的模具種類,數(shù)量;3模具制造工1能讀懂零件圖紙,了解相關技術要求實現(xiàn)的加工方法;2能夠完成模具件銑削加工(數(shù)控銑、普通銑);3能夠完成模具件磨削加工;4能夠完成模具成型件的電加工、拋光加工;5能完成車削加工;6能夠較好的進行溝通4模具組裝與調試1能讀懂模具裝配圖和零件圖2能看懂裝配圖和零件圖公差配合意義及國家模具設計相關標準3能夠對典型模具進行裝配4具備模具鉗工相關技能5具備機械加工能力鉆、銑、車刨、磨和數(shù)控加工)6能夠較好地與模具設計、工藝設計、生產(chǎn)管理、質檢人員交流溝通。5成型操作工1懂成型機操作原理;2會成型工藝;3能操作成型機;4根據(jù)制品材料和成型工藝性,會合理優(yōu)化成型工藝參數(shù);5能簡單的排除成型工作中常見障礙。6模具維護與維修1懂成型工藝;2懂并能操作成型機(沖壓機和注塑機);3能完成修模的鉗工工作。
