簡介:遼寧師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文體能主導(dǎo)類健將級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員人格特征與氣質(zhì)類型的分析研究姓名明大陽申請學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師王秀香20030501體屯主導(dǎo)羹健將盈運(yùn)動(dòng)蠢人格特征與氣盾妾型的分析研寬體能主導(dǎo)類健將級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員人格特征與氣質(zhì)類型的分析研究研究生明大陽指導(dǎo)教師王秀香專業(yè)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)方向田徑教學(xué)理論與方法摘要本文通過艾森克人格問卷EPQ成人卷J對體能主導(dǎo)類的兩大專項(xiàng)田徑,速滑的三十五名健將級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行調(diào)查,同時(shí)將運(yùn)動(dòng)健將與普通人群及一般級(jí)別運(yùn)動(dòng)員分別進(jìn)行對比分析.結(jié)果表明體能主導(dǎo)類健將緩運(yùn)動(dòng)員普遍表現(xiàn)出外向及情緒穩(wěn)定少數(shù)偏于不穩(wěn)定的人格特征;不同技能水平的健將級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員也具有不同的人格特征。并根據(jù)艾森克的個(gè)性二維模型分析,提出了體能類項(xiàng)目健將級(jí)運(yùn)動(dòng)員普遍具有的氣質(zhì)類型特點(diǎn)。由此希望能為優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員在訓(xùn)練和比賽期間進(jìn)行有針對性的心理訓(xùn)練與調(diào)整,以及對體能主導(dǎo)類運(yùn)動(dòng)員培養(yǎng)等方面的研究提供有益的依據(jù)與參考。關(guān)鍵詞體能,運(yùn)動(dòng)健將,人格,氣質(zhì),分析研究前言人格個(gè)性PERSONALITY是我們?nèi)粘I钪谐S玫脑~。但究竟在什么情況下應(yīng)用這個(gè)詞才比較準(zhǔn)確昵首先,是在評(píng)價(jià)人的行為的時(shí)候;其次是當(dāng)談?wù)摰牟皇悄硞€(gè)人行為的偶然特點(diǎn),而是這個(gè)人行為經(jīng)常的、習(xí)慣的特點(diǎn)的時(shí)候第三是當(dāng)談?wù)撃硞€(gè)人對世界的態(tài)度和行為方式的時(shí)候,才應(yīng)用人格這個(gè)詞。人格是心理學(xué)一個(gè)重要概念,它的含義十分豐富。有人將它理解為人類思維、情感和活動(dòng)的性質(zhì)、特色和遺傳基礎(chǔ);有人將它理解為情緒、智力和性格的如誠實(shí)、勇敢等混臺(tái)帶有更多行為主義色彩的心理學(xué)家則認(rèn)為,人格不是一種內(nèi)在的東西,而是對人的有組織的典型行為的外在觀察模式彭凱平.1989,356頁。中國心理學(xué)界一般將人格理解為一個(gè)人在社會(huì)實(shí)踐中形成的、帶有一定傾向的、穩(wěn)定的心理特征的總和,這些特征構(gòu)成了一個(gè)人和其他人所不同的耩神面貌全國九所綜合性大學(xué)心理學(xué)教材編寫組,1982。在這里,。總和”意味著人格反映了人的心理特征的各個(gè)方面,標(biāo)志著人與人之間的各種異同之處“穩(wěn)定”意味著人的人格一旦形成,會(huì)在極廣的時(shí)空范圍內(nèi)不斷顯露出來,使得在不同條件下預(yù)測人的行為成為可能?!啊啊霸谛睦韺W(xué)研究領(lǐng)域中關(guān)于人格的研究共有四大學(xué)派,即心理動(dòng)力學(xué)派、行為主義學(xué)派、人本主義學(xué)派和特質(zhì)理論學(xué)派GIEITMAN,1991。目的廣為流行的各種人格測驗(yàn)主要是特質(zhì)理論特質(zhì)論TRAITFLAEORY發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物。該理論的主要代表人物卡特爾、艾森克等認(rèn)為,人格是由許多特質(zhì)構(gòu)成的,特質(zhì)是構(gòu)成人格的最小單位。所謂人格特征就是那些比較穩(wěn)定的、能表現(xiàn)一個(gè)入獨(dú)特船行為傾向的特質(zhì),各種特征在一個(gè)人身上的不同組合,構(gòu)成了一個(gè)人有別于他人的獨(dú)特人格。上述四大學(xué)派的心理學(xué)家編制了許多不同的人格測驗(yàn).1

簡介:1本研究根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)查閱、學(xué)生訪談開放式問卷調(diào)查等方式收集信息確定了大學(xué)生性別角色觀初測問卷。經(jīng)過初測形成正式問卷包括男性分問卷和女性分問卷。通過探索性因素分析發(fā)現(xiàn)男性分問卷包括5個(gè)因素女性分問卷包括4個(gè)因素。2貝姆男性量表得分同焦慮狀態(tài)特質(zhì)量表得分貝姆女性量表得分同狀態(tài)特質(zhì)量表得分都存在非常顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。3男性化被試的焦慮水平最低雙性化被試焦慮水平其次女性化被試再次之最高的是未分化被試。4四種性別角色類型男性化、女性化、未分化、雙性化在性別角色觀男性分問卷得分、性別角色觀女性分問卷得分上差異顯著。5城鄉(xiāng)男性化的大學(xué)生群體在性別角色觀問卷男性分問卷因素“成就地位”上存在顯著差異雙性化的大學(xué)生群體在性別角色觀問卷男性分問卷因素“獨(dú)立自我依賴性”上存在顯著差異。6不同性別的男性化大學(xué)生在性別角色觀問卷男性分問卷“事業(yè)品行”、“成就地位”在性別角色觀問卷女性分問卷“情感品行”、“穩(wěn)定性”因素上存在顯著差異。7不同年級(jí)的女性化大學(xué)生在性別角色觀,等等。

簡介:社會(huì)退縮幼兒是幼兒園里被教師、同伴忽視的群體。退縮行為是一種問題行為。國內(nèi)外的研究均發(fā)現(xiàn)不同類型社會(huì)退縮幼兒均存在不同程度的社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題,然而目前尚未見到國內(nèi)外對社會(huì)退縮各類型幼兒一日生活適應(yīng)狀況的個(gè)案研究。本研究是在國內(nèi)外社會(huì)退縮研究最新進(jìn)展的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用觀察、問卷和訪談等方法,對四名個(gè)案進(jìn)行了為期近兩個(gè)月的跟蹤研究。收集、記錄資料15萬字,采用四個(gè)量表進(jìn)行了相關(guān)測試,通過歸納、整理以及量化處理,分別揭示4名個(gè)案一日生活中生活自理、運(yùn)動(dòng)、作業(yè)、交往、社會(huì)化、自我管理等六個(gè)方面的社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況。并運(yùn)用比較分析的方法,探討了四名個(gè)案各自的適應(yīng)狀況以及社會(huì)適應(yīng)良好與適應(yīng)不良的原因。初步總結(jié)出三名退縮個(gè)案社會(huì)適應(yīng)的總體特征1三名不同類型的退縮幼兒都存在一定程度的社會(huì)適應(yīng)問題。相比較而言,活躍退縮個(gè)案社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況良好,安靜退縮個(gè)案社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況中等,沉默寡言個(gè)案社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況最差。2退縮幼兒社會(huì)適應(yīng)的問題主要集中在交往和社會(huì)化方面。交往和社會(huì)化水平明顯低于普通幼兒;作業(yè)和自我管理水平較低,但與普通幼兒差距不大;生活自理和運(yùn)動(dòng)方面?zhèn)€體差異較大。3沉默寡言個(gè)案社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況的主要特點(diǎn)是社會(huì)適應(yīng)總體水平低,尤其在運(yùn)動(dòng)、交往和社會(huì)化三個(gè)方面嚴(yán)重適應(yīng)不良;同伴情景下,旁觀、無所事事等獨(dú)處行為明顯較多,有明顯的趨一避動(dòng)機(jī)沖突;被同伴忽視或完全遺忘;運(yùn)動(dòng)能力差。4安靜退縮個(gè)案社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況的主要特點(diǎn)是社會(huì)適應(yīng)總體狀況中等,六項(xiàng)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)平平;對物的興趣超過對人的興趣;回避交往,自我孤立,同伴接納水平較低;好奇心較強(qiáng)。5活躍退縮個(gè)案社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況的主要特點(diǎn)是社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況良好,六項(xiàng)指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)都高于或持平另外兩名退縮個(gè)案;交往頻率高、同伴沖突多,同伴關(guān)系復(fù)雜;社會(huì)距離近,有一定的社會(huì)化影響力;活躍好動(dòng),獨(dú)自表演,旁觀和無所事事的行為很少。6個(gè)案D普通幼兒社會(huì)適應(yīng)水平明顯偏高,為優(yōu)秀。為了深入地理解以上特征,本文主要依據(jù)班杜拉的社會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)理論、皮亞杰的認(rèn)知發(fā)展理論以及布朗芬布倫納的環(huán)境生態(tài)學(xué)理論,結(jié)合三位社會(huì)退縮幼兒自身的特征和幼兒園生活環(huán)境以及家庭環(huán)境等因素,對四名兒童的社會(huì)適應(yīng)狀況進(jìn)行了歸因分析。最后,為改善社會(huì)退縮幼兒社會(huì)適應(yīng)的狀況,針對三名退縮個(gè)案各自的特點(diǎn)提出了相應(yīng)的教育對策1對于個(gè)案A沉默寡言主要采用行為訓(xùn)練法;2對于個(gè)案B安靜退縮主要采用情感訓(xùn)練法;3對于個(gè)案C活躍退縮主要采用認(rèn)知訓(xùn)練法。
