簡介:廣西師范大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文肌纖維類型間接推測方法的研究姓名劉瑞蓮申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)體育教育訓(xùn)練學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師楊永亮20090301II與慢肌纖維百分比呈顯著性正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)為0569,(P<005)??梢姡筛邚姷冉⒌墓接嬎愕穆±w維百分比與受試者有氧耐力指標(biāo)的相關(guān)性較高,所以可以用有氧耐力指標(biāo)建立簡易推測慢肌纖維百分比的回歸方程。③用等長靜力伸膝時間、俯臥撐次數(shù)、1500M跑、最大吸氧量和PWC170等七項耐力指標(biāo)與慢肌纖維百分比進(jìn)行回歸分析,建立簡易的推測慢肌纖維百分比回歸方程Y=0772+0002X1+0001X2-0001X3,X1等長靜力伸膝時間、X2俯臥撐次數(shù)、X31500M跑通過對方程進(jìn)行顯著性檢驗,方程具有高度顯著性(F13545)由于本測試的樣本量較大(N180),保證了方程的可靠性。結(jié)論①本研究測試了江西省宜春學(xué)院體育學(xué)院男大學(xué)生七項機能指標(biāo)和肌電圖指標(biāo),探討了七項耐力指標(biāo)和兩項肌電圖指標(biāo)相關(guān)性分析。②將兩項肌電圖指標(biāo)代人高強所建方程計算慢肌纖維百分比與耐力指標(biāo)進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,建立了運用三項耐力指標(biāo)為自變量的簡易推測慢肌纖維百分比的回歸方程。該方程具有簡易、方便、快速、實效、實用性強等特點。③通過對兩種慢肌纖維百分比推測方程平均誤差比較,兩種方程的平均誤差較小,兩者之和接近5,所以該方程的精確度是準(zhǔn)確可信的。④運用該方程對廣西師范大學(xué)體育學(xué)院男生40人進(jìn)行驗證,驗證后誤差沒有顯著性差異,表明運用該簡易的推測慢肌纖維百分比方程可在高校體育專業(yè)男大學(xué)生中推測慢肌纖維百分比進(jìn)行推廣,為男大學(xué)生運動選材(選項)及預(yù)測耐力性運動項目成績提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞機能、素質(zhì)指標(biāo);肌電圖;回歸分析;慢肌纖維百分比;間接推測方法
