簡介:分類號密級U491學校代碼10618學號】】QQQQ壘Z墨廑交通戈訾工程碩士學位論文新建軌道交通線路與周邊地面公交的接駁研究SHUTTLERESEARCHBE錒EENNEWRAILTI。ANSITLINEAND學位申請人閆冬梅導師姓名及職稱邵毅明教授工程領域名稱論文提交日期向紅艷副教授交通運輸工程父逋逛輸上欄2OL3年6月摘要隨著城市不斷向外擴展和人民生活水平的提高,人們的日常活動量逐漸增多,出行次數(shù)也在日益增加,進而帶來了一系列的交通擁堵和交通安全等問題。緩解城市交通問題的一個重要措施就是發(fā)展高效的城市公共交通系統(tǒng),然而軌道交通要想發(fā)揮其自身的獨特優(yōu)勢,就需要其他交通方式的協(xié)調和配合。常規(guī)地面公交是與軌道交通相協(xié)調和配合的重要交通方式之一,將城市軌道交通和常規(guī)地面公交有效的結合起來,借助常規(guī)地面公交輻射范圍廣的功能,提高軌道交通的客流吸引范圍,進而提高軌道交通運量成本比,降低能源消耗和減少環(huán)境污染,提高整個城市公共交通系統(tǒng)的運輸效率。因此論文對新建軌道交通線路周邊的地面公交接駁問題進行研究。首先,本文總結了國內外學者的相關理論研究成果。然后分析和比較了城市軌道交通與常規(guī)地面公交的特點,并分析了軌道交通和常規(guī)地面公交接駁的目標、原則、布局模式和接駁形式。其次,對新建軌道交通線路的客流形成機理進行分析,并建立軌道交通站點客流吸引范圍內換乘客流量的計算模型。然后分析軌道交通線路周邊現(xiàn)有公交線路的調整方法,提出了以接運效率最大為目標的接運公交線路搜索方法,以及以最大客運周轉量為目標的接運站點選址模型。最后,從接駁協(xié)調性、布局合理性、人性化三個方面出發(fā),構建了城市軌道交通和常規(guī)地面公交接駁系統(tǒng)的評價指標體系。同時給出了每個評價指標的計算方法,并提出了基于綜合灰色關聯(lián)度加權法的評價模型。然后,以重慶軌道交通三號線客流吸引范圍內的地面公交線網(wǎng)規(guī)劃調整為實例,驗證論文所提出的常規(guī)地面公交線網(wǎng)調整理論與方法,判斷其適應性和可行性。并對常規(guī)地面公交線網(wǎng)調整方案進行科學合理的評價。關鍵詞軌道交通;常規(guī)地面公交換乘客流;線網(wǎng)調整;灰色關聯(lián)度

簡介:改革開放近40年來,國家經(jīng)濟得到長足發(fā)展,居民收入水平快速上升,汽車開始走入千家萬戶,導致了城市機動車保有量猛增。但小汽車出行規(guī)模的激增也引發(fā)了如交通擁堵等城市問題。發(fā)展公共交通是提高單位空間交通運力、緩解交通擁堵問題的重要途徑,其中城市軌道交通因具有運量大、速度快、可靠性高等優(yōu)勢,近年來受到越來越多的關注。實現(xiàn)“公交優(yōu)先”的目標,既要通過政策加以引導,還以市場經(jīng)濟需求進行調控。科學靈活的軌道票價是經(jīng)濟調控的重要手段,通過其形成的價格杠桿可以對交通需求進行有效的調控,對增加公共交通吸引力,提高公交分擔率,緩解城市交通問題具有顯著意義。在此背景下,論文針對性的選題城市軌道交通超長線路為研究對象,研究該條件下彈性票價制定問題以及分析不同票價對于軌道交通線路客流的影響。首先論文分析了城市軌道交通定價理論,對其定價方法和彈性票價進行了分析,得出利用調節(jié)軌道交通票價的方法來緩解交通擁堵的結論其次分析了超長軌道交通線路的定義、類別、客流特征和定價方法。通過分析城市公共交通(軌道交通與常規(guī)公交)票制特點,構建軌道交通常規(guī)公交聯(lián)合票制模型最后,論文以重慶軌道交通3號線為例進行實例分析與模型驗證。根據(jù)軌道3號線實際情況,分析了該模型下票價對客流的影響。然后引入彈性票價的方法,并建立超長軌道交通彈性票價客流量轉移模型。設置在高峰時期針對超長軌道交通線路延伸路段設置彈性票價的情景進行分析,分析結果顯示同一線路上的客流由地面常規(guī)公交向超長軌道交通線路轉移,驗證了該模型的可行性分析了在不同時段設置彈性票價引起的軌道交通線路客流量的變化,得到了票價與城市軌道超長線路之間的變化關系。
