5、ion’speopledoso.Someofthehumanrelationsskillsthatareparticularlyimptantftoday’sHRprofessionalsarecommunicatingnegotiatingteamdevelopment.DecisionMakingSkillsHumanresourcemanagersmustmakeawidevarietyofdecisionsthataffectw
6、hetheremployeesarequalifiedmotivatedwhethertheganizationisoperatingefficientlycomplyingwiththelaw.EspeciallyatganizationsthatgiveHRMdepartmentsaroleinsupptingstrategyHRdecisionmakersalsomustbeabletoapplydecisionmakingski
7、llstostrategicissues.Thisrequiresknowledgeoftheganization’slineofbusinesstheabilitytopresentoptionsintermsofcostsbenefitstotheganizationstatedintermsofdollars.Decisionsmustalsotakeintoaccountsocialethicalimplicationsofth
8、ealternatives.The“HRHOWTO”boxdescribessomeofthedecisionsinvolvedwhenacompanywantstoincludeinternsinitswkfce.LeadershipSkillsThroughtheirknowledgecommunicationskillsotherabilitiesHRmanagersneedtoplayaleadershiprolewithreg
