10、thesameeffect.c)買方所租船只按期到達裝運口岸后，如賣方不能按時備貨裝船，買方因而遭受的一切損失包括空艙費、滯期費及或罰款等由賣方負擔。如船只不能于船舶代理人所確定的受載期內(nèi)到達，在港口免費堆存期滿后第16天起發(fā)生的倉庫租費、保險費由買方負擔，但賣方仍負有載貨船只到達裝運口岸后立即將貨物裝船之義務并負擔費用及風險。前述各種損失均憑原始單據(jù)核實支付。IntheeventoftheSeller’sfailureineffect
