7、thnostardinlawenfcement.ThirdlytheoverrelianceonthecoerceadministrativemeasuresinthepublicsupervisiontheNGO’sfunctionsnotsoobviousthetrade’sweaknessofselfdescpline’sdeficiency.ToimproveChina’spublicsupervisionofthevenues

8、weneedtorefertotheothercountry’sregion’ssuccessfulexperiencewhilecombiningtheactualconditionofourcountry.Withanaimtoimprovethelawmakingofthevenuessupervisionweneedtoimplementpositivelytherefmsofsupervisionsystem.Tosetacr
