2、plied it to analyze deep- seated problems in financial operation of China. The construction of financial ecology has become a crucial issue during the process of improving monetary system in Ch

3、ina. Financial ecology will influence the overall situation of financial career. In the meanwhile, during the eleventh five- year- plan period, the development of the central part has been put s

4、trategic priority in order to coordinate the development of different parts in China. The central part is the main agricultural area of grain- production in China; therefore, economic level of

5、this part concerns the coordinated development of national economy and finance. How to promote economic development of central part through constructing financial ecology has become a critical is

6、sue. In this thesis, two problems are solved. On the one hand, starting with financial ecology theory analysis, the author analyzes the deficiency of rural financial ecology environment in the

7、 central part of China, imperfect legal environment, the unfavorable policies and system, the micro levels such as construction demands, cycle period and competition of rural financial ecology in

8、 reality. Drawing on the experience of financial ecology construction at home and abroad, the author tries to choose an appropriate way of constructing rural financial ecology in the central p

9、art. Finally, construction stages and suggestions for polices are established to construct rural financial ecology. On the other hand, based on the analysis of general reality of financial ecolo

10、gy and the present situation of financial ecology in the central part, the author puts forward three steps to construct rural financial ecology in the central part. Also, the author proves tha

11、t in the central part, the construction of financial ecology is in the last phase of basic construction. Consequently, the author designs an appropriate route for constructing rural financial e

12、cology from construction pattern, aim, method, content as well as governmental policy. Considering the possible problems in reality such as blind construction and being hurry to success, the aut

13、hor designs a detailed plan in conclusion section. Reasoning the construction of financial ecology in countryside is a process with different steps and systems which should be improved according

14、 to the distinct features in different phases. Role of the government and transformation of its functions and the political guidance in different phases are also discussed. At last, the method

15、s and aim of branch system construction such as credit information collection, medium and so on are outlined. The object of this thesis is to raise a construction route considering the curren

16、t situation of rural financial ecology construction in the central part, so that a perfect and well- developed rural financial ecology system in the central part of China is established to pro
