2、nce,which distributes in 56 cities of the north and central part(including the area of counties and cities ),and areas of 8 cities which established areas of Nanchang、Yinchun、Xinyu、Pingxiang、Ji an、Fuzhou、Jingdezhen、Yingt

3、an. Gan dialect is divided to 5 parts of changjing、yiliu、jicha、fuguang、yingyi in Language Atlas of China（Diagram B11）. The paper has investigated the characteristics of structure and function in giving sentence Gan diale

4、ct of Jiangxi province, the distribution of giving sentence in Gan dialect from the dialect of language geography piont of view, analyzed the structure of giving sentence in Gan dialect when compared with other dialects

5、 based on survey of 5 parts of Gan dialtet in Jiangxi procince. Through the description and analysis, the paper sums up that the source、dummy process and developing trend of giving verb，has discussed developing process o

6、f the structure which can experess giving meaning. Giving verbs in Gan dialect are developed from the verbs which have the meaning of taking、acquiring、arriving in ancient times，and these giving verbs have evolved to hand
