5、agement is briefly introduced, and puts forward that China has to establish the engagement system in legislation, the hope can cause lawmakers concern about this issue, perfect our country's legal system, enabling pe

6、ople to have a deeper engagement problem of understanding and comprehension. This paper structurally used four chapters to illustrate the engagement phenomenon. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces th

7、e definition and characteristics of engagement and research significance, and emphasizes law of marriage system adjustment of necessity. The second chapter basically tells of the engagement of legislation evolution and C

9、e characteristics of engagement system in our country. In chapter 3 of the content is mainly elaborated the engagement effect at the same time, studies our engagement system present situation, based on the study of engag
