3、ed than that of the port itself, but it does not need to be too big in extent. The research of adjustability of port and highway transportation on a quantized level possesses huge theoretical significance and practical v

4、alue. This essay starts with an analysis of adjustability between the construction of highway transportation and the development of port; continues by example analysis of four ports in Hebei Province (i.e. Qinhuangdao Po

5、rt, Jingtang Port, Caofeidian Port and Huanghua Port); figures out the macroscopic transportation Elasticity Coefficient and microscopic saturability of each port through the forecast of port throughput,forecast of the t

6、raffic conditions of highway transportation and the calculation of passing capacity of highway transportation. Analysis educes: from microcosmic lay, different traffic jams will take place in part of the port highways in

7、 every port within 3 years in future, except Caofeidian port; on macroscopic lay, adaptability of every port highway is good, which basically satisfies port economic development. Due to the fact that the analysis of port
