2、ervisor:chief physician.Chen Chunhua Abstract Objective:To analyse the risk factors of recurrent respiratory tract infections of children of 230 cases.Methods:To applicae case-control study.The case group is outpatients

3、and inpatients treatment of 230 patients with recurrent respiratory tract infections in children in July 2009~July 2010 of Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.The control group is the children for he

4、alth examination of 240 cases in the same period in our hospital.The Collection of information include age,gender,premature birth,whether breast-feeding,the subjects have a family history, whether nursery or school,wheth

5、er the level of tertiary and higher of the mother culture,determination of trace elements in whole blood,serum hemoglobin and serum determination of support pneumonia,Chlamydia antibody.Measurement data use T-test and co

6、unt data use χ2 test test standard α=0.05,between the two groups are compared.Results:After χ2 test,the case group and control group are statistically significant in the afer projects(Premature,P=0.014;Nursery or school,

7、 P=0.007;Abuse of antibiotics, P=0.000;the level of tertiary and higher of the mother culture,P=0.048; Anemia,P=0.036;Mycoplasma antibody,P=0.000;Chlamydia antibody,P=0.000),in additi- onto sex(P=0.518) no significant di

8、fference between the two groups,To be divided into three age groups(6months to 2 years,3years to 5years,6 years to 8years oid) between the two groups ues T-test.The difference is statistically significant in Zn、Fe and Ca
