39、能夠提供斷面溫度分布比較均勻的溫度場(chǎng),并能保證物料在高溫下有足夠的停留時(shí)間,尚能滿足要求。但作為傳熱、傳質(zhì)設(shè)備則不理想,對(duì)需要熱量較大的預(yù)熱、分解過程則甚不適應(yīng)。這主要由于窯內(nèi)物料堆積在窯的底部,氣流從料層表面流過,氣流與物料的接觸面積小,傳熱效率低所致。同時(shí),窯內(nèi)分解帶料粉處于層狀堆積態(tài),料層內(nèi)部分解出的二氧化碳向氣流擴(kuò)散的面積小、阻力大、速度慢,并且料層內(nèi)部顆粒被二氧化碳?xì)饽ぐ?,二氧化碳分壓大,分解溫度要求高,這就增大了碳酸鹽分解
40、的困難,降低了分解速度。懸浮預(yù)熱技術(shù)的突破,從根本上改變了物料預(yù)熱過程的傳熱狀態(tài),將窯內(nèi)物料堆積態(tài)的預(yù)熱和分解過程,分別移到懸浮預(yù)熱器和分解爐內(nèi)在懸浮狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行。由于物料懸浮在熱氣流中,與氣流的接觸面積大幅度增加,因此傳熱速度極快,傳熱效率很高。同時(shí),生料粉與燃料在懸浮態(tài)下,均勻混合,燃料燃燒熱及時(shí)傳給物料,使之迅速分解。因此,由于傳熱、傳質(zhì)迅速,大幅度提高了生產(chǎn)效率和熱效率。二、懸浮預(yù)熱窯的特點(diǎn)懸浮預(yù)熱窯的特點(diǎn)是在長度較短的回轉(zhuǎn)窯
