2、mon that the quality of software can not meet the owner's needs in demand ,cost and time,so an urgent need for the software risk management with scientific and systemic to increase the probability of success to the

3、 software project.Software project risk management is on the basis of inspection,prediction,collection,analysis the uncertainty and possibility of factors,so that make a set of scientific management systems and methods i

4、ncluding the risk identification,risk analysis,risk control and actively and properly handle risks.Its purpose is to identify these adverse consequences of the risks,and make minimize the adverse effects on the product.I

5、ntegrated thinking in software project risk management is a creative thinking that is applied to software project risk management.risk management integrated system is on the basis of the system theory and the total risk

6、management theory,taking the reasonable and scientific measures to make the negative impact to the project minimum. The paper points out the problem that is in the theory and practice and proposes the software project ri

7、sk management should be integrated,introduces the Hall three-dimensional models so that the software risk in develoing process can be analysed comprehensive,from the time-dimension,the logic-dimension,knowledge-dimension

8、.On the basis of summarizing and analysing the conclusion of the software project risk management classic models,think out the frame of integrated model of software project risk management.It can considered the interact

9、ive relationship among the owner,the contractor and the third-party in the software development process and focus on the human factors.Then discusses the risk assessment and risk control process of software project risk

10、 management.Summed up the risk assessment and risk control with process,tools and methods.The paper used the fussy –AHP for analysing the risk to make full use of qualitative analysise and quantitative analysis,so that
