1、<p>　　馬駿，男，1964年3月生于上海。從2014年4月起任中國人民銀行研究局首席經(jīng)濟學(xué)家，負(fù)責(zé)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)研究團隊進行宏觀經(jīng)濟和國際經(jīng)濟金融等領(lǐng)域的研究。 2000-2014年初在德意志銀行任職，曾擔(dān)任德意志銀行大中華區(qū)首席經(jīng)濟學(xué)家、首席投資策略師、董事總經(jīng)理，負(fù)責(zé)宏觀經(jīng)濟研究和為機構(gòu)投資者提供資產(chǎn)配置等策略咨詢。1992-2000年間在世界銀行和國際貨幣基金組織工作，曾任經(jīng)濟學(xué)家和高級經(jīng)濟學(xué)家。1988-90年間為中國國務(wù)院

2、發(fā)展研究中心研究人員。</p><p>　　馬駿博士于1994年在美國喬治城大學(xué)獲經(jīng)濟學(xué)博士學(xué)位，1988年在復(fù)旦大學(xué)獲管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位。研究領(lǐng)域包括宏觀經(jīng)濟、貨幣和匯率政策、國際經(jīng)濟、財稅改革、地方債、環(huán)境經(jīng)濟等。發(fā)表了數(shù)百篇文章和九本著作，包括《中國國家資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表研究》、《人民幣走出國門之路》等?！度嗣駧抛叱鰢T之路》一書在2013年獲中國銀行業(yè)協(xié)會優(yōu)秀研究成果一等獎。</p><p>
