4、inthe‘‘supervision’’groupresearcherssupptedtheservicemanagersastheyledtraining(c)inthe‘‘independent’’groupservicemanagersdeliveredAStrainingwithoutresearchersuppt.Followingtrainingclientengagementincreasedsignificantlyin

5、thefirstsecondgroupsbutnotinthethirdwhichwastheonlygroupnottoincludeonsitetraining.TheseresultssuggestthatonsitetrainingmaybeanessentialcomponentofAStrainingalthoughvariabilityinoutcomeshasalsobeenreptedelsewherebetweeni

6、ndividualclients(e.g.Bradshawetal.2004)acrossservicesettings(e.g.Stancliffeetal.2007)whenwkshoptrainingwascombinedwithonsitetraining.Anadditionalbenefitofevaluatingonsitetrainingproceduresindependentlyofwkshopsisthatitbe

7、ginstheprocessofcomponentanalysis(seee.g.erson1987).Onsiteinteractivetraining(IT)aimstoincreaseclientengagementbyinfluencingtheamountqualitymomentaryeffectivenessofstaffclientinteractionsthatrelatetoclientengagement.Thet
