6、ldtothePurchasersubjecttoClause17hereofbutotherwisefreefromincumbrances.4.UponcompletiontheVendshalldelivervacantpossessionofthePropertytothePurchaser.5.ThePurchasershallnotsubsellthePropertytransferthebenefitofthisAgree

7、mentwhetherbywayofadirectindirectreservationrightoffirstrefusaloptiontrustpowerofattneynominationanyothermethodarrangementdocumentofanydeionconditionalunconditionalenterintoanyagreementsotodobefethecompletionofthesalepur

8、chaseoftheProperty.WhenfixingthedateofsigningoftheFmalAgreementfSalePurchasethePurchaserVendshouldrefertoClause8below.beentitledtoreceiveHK$fromtheVendHK$fromthePurchaserascommission.Suchcommissionshallbepaidonbefe.13.If

9、inanycaseeithertheVendthePurchaserfailstocompletethesalepurchaseinthemannerhereinmentionedthedefaultingpartyshallcompensateatoncetheVend’sAgentHK$thePurchaser’sAgentHK$theAgentHK$asliquidateddamages.14.ThePropertyissoldt

12、ntofpremiumunderparagraph1(b)oftheScheduletotheHousingdinancetheInitialMarketValuethePurchasePriceofthePropertyareHK$HK$respectively.18.IfthePurchaserismethanonepersontheyshallholdthePropertyasJointTenants.19.Itisherebya
