10、款方式PurchaseofProductsPayment1.在簽署本合同之日，乙方需向甲方交納2萬美元成約定金；乙方在本合同簽字蓋章后90日內(nèi)完成首期采購10萬美元任務(wù)，半年內(nèi)應(yīng)累計(jì)完成萬元美元的銷售任務(wù)；一年內(nèi)應(yīng)累計(jì)完成萬元美元的年度銷售任務(wù)。UponthedateonwhichthiscontractissignedPartyBshallpaytoPartyA20thousUSDascontractguaranteefundPart
