5、ryofthefoundingoftheCommunistPartyofChina(CPC)ChinadeclaredsolemnlyagaintothewldthatpeacefuldevelopmentisastrategicchoicemadebyChinatorealizemodernizationmakeitselfstrongprosperousmakemecontributiontotheprogressofhumanci

7、uiltaunifiedmultiethniccountry.TheChinesecivilizationhasauniquefeatureofbeingenduringinclusiveopen.TheChinesenationhasendeavedtolearnfromothernationsimproveditselfthroughcenturiesofinteractionswiththerestofthewldmakingma
8、jcontributiontotheprogressofhumancivilization.Inthe19thcenturyWesternpowersfcedopenChina’sdowithgunboats.InternalturmoilfeignaggressiongraduallyturnedChinaintoasemicolonialsemifeudalsociety.Thecountrybecamepoweakthepeopl
9、esufferedfromwarschaos.Facingimminentdangerofnationalsubjugationonegenerationofpatriotsafteranotherfoughthardtofindawaytorefmsavethenation.TheRevolutionof1911putanendtothesystemofmonarchywhichhadruledChinafseveralthousye
10、arsinspiredtheChinesepeopletostrugglefindependenceprosperity.HoweversuchefftsstrugglefailedtochangethenatureofChinaasasemicolonialsemifeudalsocietylifttheChinesepeopleoutofmisery.Livinguptothepeople’sexpectationtheCPCled
11、themincarryingoutarduousstrugglefinallyfoundedthePeople’sRepublicofChinain1949.ThismarkedtherealizationofChina’sindependenceliberationofitspeopleusheredinanewepochinChina’shisty.InthepastsixdecadesmesincethefoundingofNew
12、Chinaparticularlysincetheintroductionoftherefmopeninguppoliciesin1978theChinesegovernmenthaswkedhardtoexpleapathofsocialistmodernizationthatconfmstoChina’sconditionsthetrendofthetimes.OvercomingdifficultiessetbackstheChi
13、nesepeoplehaveadvancedwiththetimesdrawnonbothexperiencelessonsfromthedevelopmentofChinaitselfothercountriesdeepenedunderstingofthelawsgoverningthedevelopmentofhumansocietyopeneconomicsystemwhichensuresbetterlinkageswitht
14、heglobaleconomymutuallybeneficialcooperationaswellassecurityefficiency.Chinawillnevercloseitsdototheoutsidewldwillopenitselfincreasinglywider.―Peacefuldevelopment.TheChinesenationlovespeace.Fromtheirbittersufferingsfromw
15、arpovertyinmoderntimestheChinesepeoplehavelearnedthevalueofpeacethepressingneedofdevelopment.Theyseethatonlypeacecanallowthemtolivewkinprosperitycontentmentthatonlydevelopmentcanbringthemdecentliving.Therefethecentralgoa
16、lofChina’sdiplomacyistocreateapeacefulstableinternationalenvironmentfitsdevelopment.InthemeantimeChinastrivestomakeitsduecontributiontowldpeacedevelopment.Itneverengagesinaggressionexpansionneverseekshegemonyremainsastau
17、nchfcefupholdingregionalwldpeacestability.―Cooperativedevelopment.Therearealwayscompetitionconflictsininternationalrelations.Eachcountryshoulddrawonothers’meritstooffsetitsownweaknessthroughfaircompetitionfindopptunities
18、fcooperationexpareasofcooperationimprovecommoninterests.Chinausescooperationasawaytopursuepeacepromotedevelopmentsettledisputes.Itseekstoestablishdevelopcooperativerelationshipsofdifferentfmswithothercountrieseffectively
19、meetgrowingglobalchallengesbyconstantlyexpingmutuallybeneficialcooperationwithothercountrieswkswiththemtosolvemajproblemsthataffectwldeconomicdevelopmenthumansurvivalprogress.―Commondevelopment.Countriesarebecomingincrea
20、singlyinterdependent.Onlywhencommondevelopmentofallcountriesisrealizedmepeoplesharethefruitofdevelopmentcanwldpeacestabilityhaveasolidfoundationbeeffectivelyguaranteedcandevelopmentbesustainableinallcountries.TherefeChin
21、aunswervinglyfollowsastrategyofopeningupmutualbenefit.Itpursuesbothitsownintereststhecommoninterestsofmankindwkstoensurethatitsowndevelopmentthedevelopmentofothercountriesaremutuallyreinfcingthuspromotingthecommondevelop
22、mentofallcountries.Chinasincerelyhopestowkwithothercountriestorealizecommondevelopmentprosperity.ThankstoitspursuitofpeacefuldevelopmentChinahasundergoneprofoundchanges.Ithasmaderemarkableachievementsindevelopmentmademaj
23、contributiontowldprosperitystabilityismecloselylinkedwiththerestofthewld.China’soverallstrengthhasgrownconsiderably.ItstotaleconomicoutputreachedUS$5.88trillionin2010over16timesthatof1978risingto9.3%ofthewld’stotalfrom1.
24、8%in1978.ThematerialbasisfChina’smodernizationdrivehasbecomemesolidsteadyprogresshasbeenmadeinturningChinaintoanindustrializedinfmationbasedurbanizedmarketientedinternationalizedcountrythecauseofsocialistdevelopmentisbei
25、ngadvancedinallrespects.TheChinesepeopleonceinadequatelyfedcladareleadingadecentlifeonthewhole―ahisticbreakthrough.TheshareofChina’spercapitaincomecomparabletothewldaveragegrewfrom24.9%in2005to46.8%in2010.Ahistictransfma
26、tionfromahighlycentralizedplannedeconomytoadynamicsocialistmarketeconomyhasbeenachievedinChina.Abasiceconomicsysteminwhichpublicownershiptakestheleaddifferenteconomicownershipsgrowsidebysidehascomeintobeing.Themarketplay
