4、, control, regulate the role of moral education. Research on the moral education policy in our country is not very mature, the comprehensive study of the moral education policy since twenty-first Century the introduction

5、 does not see more. 2000-2015, China has experienced fifteen, five, eleven five, the 12th Five Year and three “Five Year Plan”, this year is the year of the last year, is also planning the thirteenth year. This study a

6、ttempts a comprehensive analysis of the new century moral education policy in China changes, summarizes the character, moral education policy of China development issues, provide a useful reference to explore new moral e

7、ducation policy directions and making mood. This study suggests that, the moral education policy by the party and government to solve a certain period of time in order to achieve the goal of moral education and the probl

8、ems or to take policy actions or programs including moral standards, laws and regulations, policy documents, notices, outline, moral regulations, rules and regulations etc.. Since the beginning of the new century, the mo

9、ral education policy is divided into three periods: analysis of the moral education policy under the idea of “Three Represents ”(2000 - 2002), the construction of a harmonious society and analysis of the moral education
