3、al stability, which is also the indispensable component for the social morality construction, and the foundation of Individualized Society. Consequently, Family Ethics Construction plays an important role in modern s

4、ociety. At present, accompanied by social transformation, there are many new characters and changes to Family Ethics, mainly including: to conjugal relationship, the Enhanced autonomy of marriage and lack of family res

5、ponsibility; to parental relationship, the bidirectionality of rights and duties, the non-equilibrium of intergenerational exchange. In this way, the construction of contemporary family ethics is a process of continuou

6、s exploration, an Ethics Morality system to accommodate the mutative lifestyle, also a reaction to the changing relation and problem. The contemporary family ethics with Chinese characteristics has to be constructed base

7、 on the real life, to meet the socialist modernization requirement. The Family Ethics in Contemporary China should be constructed by Tradition and Modernity, to innovate by domestic and foreign ethic theory, to develop t

8、he essence of traditional family ethics, to absorb the heritage of human civilization Ethics. First, the basic connotation of family and family ethics is interpreted comprehensively; the family Ethics morality is also in

9、terpreted in the dissertation, to construct a solid foundation of the research. Secondly, by describing the current situation of contemporary family ethics, in connection with new situation and problem of family ethics i

10、n social transition of Contemporary China, the reason of the new situation and new change are analyzed base on the following aspects: the influence of market economy; the transformation of family values; the transformat

11、ion of family structure and function; transformation of control mechanism and valuing standard for family ethics. Base on the description of family ethics in contemporary China, and the cause of status,comprehensive int

12、erpretation is made in macro in micro-level, interpretation is made by three aspects: the unity of tradition and modernity, the unity of right and duty, autonomy and heteronomy. At last, the reasonable access of family

13、 ethics construction in Contemporary China is give by three aspects: ethical relationship of husband and wife, ethical relationship of inter-generational and ethical relationship of neighborhood. Keywords: Contemporary
